About us

I operate Device Dispatch, a technology services business focused on repairing, refurbishing, and reselling consumer electronics. Through this work, I’ve developed hands-on experience diagnosing and repairing phones, TVs, computers, laptops, tablets, and related hardware, as well as managing device setup, upgrades, and troubleshooting. In parallel, I’ve built strong expertise in satellite and home entertainment systems through extensive DIRECTV support work, including installation issues, signal troubleshooting, and hardware configuration. Together, these experiences have strengthened my technical precision, problem-solving skills, and understanding of real-world consumer technology systems.

Dominic is actually my savior. My MacBook screen was completely messed up from a harsh drop, but he took one quick look and knew exactly what needed to be done. Once the replacement parts came in, he fixed it within just a few hours. I was able to pick it up the same day, and it looked good as new. He was super professional, easy to communicate with, and clearly knows what he’s doing. I really appreciated how fast and smooth the whole process was. Dominic at device dispatch LLC was absolutely phenomenal. My touchpad on my Mac wasn’t working and when he went to go fix it he found a bigger problem. When faced with this issue, dom didn’t fear. He fixed the battery as well, given that it was partly the issue, and replaced the touchpad like I had originally asked. He got it done in such a timely manner and gave me back my laptop fully charged and ready for school. I really appreciate this speedy fix and his nice and kind attitude. Thank you Dominic!!
