Jackie came out right away and we decided on a weekly schedule, same time every week. She was late the first week, and came an hour late after I called her. The second week she was late again. When I called her she said she had to prioritize other pools and ended up coming about 3 and 1/2 hours late. The third week, she was late again. Rhis time when I called, no answer. I have been calling and texting for a month, and still no response. This is very unprofessional to just not show up and not even call to say why you aren't coming. Even though she did clean my hottub up, to just quit without any response is very rude. I would not recommend them as they are not reliable.

Jackie is courteous , friendly and professional. She is always on time unless she is running behind and she notifies me. I love having cleanings scheduled on same day and same time weekly. I am very glad that I found Devota pools to take care of my pool needs.
