We got several bids. They were all fairly close in cost. I went with Devoted Tree Solutions because of the customer service. They were great. The bid for 4 trees was very fair. They showed up on time, did the work quickly and efficiently, cleaned everything up and that was it. Absolutely a great experience.

Performed what they contracted to do. Also had a network of trusted contractors that did other parts of the work that they did not do. Good documentation of the work which made it easy to follow. The arborist/estimator was responsive on issues that surfaced and also knowledgeable and professional. Clean up could have been better and getting scheduled required diligent follow-up on my side - they are very busy come Spring. But, definitely a trustworthy company to deal with.

Most important part is service is to be performed in October when tree will not be stressed doing work to be done. They could have done the work now for quick easy money but were concerned about tree so will be contacting them in Oct. Concerned with doing it correctly and not just making a buck!

Don was absolutely wonderful - as a new homeowner, I knew very little about tree maintenance and other aspects of owning trees. He told me about which trees I had, how to prune them, and gave me multiple options for a sick & decaying tree (I wound up getting it removed). His team did a great job. My trees look great, and the one they removed, they did a great job cleaning up after. I couldn't recommend them more!

My husband and I really appreciated their customer service, professionalism, and positive attitude all around. The first team member that came out to review the job was mindful to ask about our drainage field, including its age, along with standard job questions. In providing a quote, he also took our veteran status into mind to provide a competitive offer. The scheduling team were prompt and pleasant. The removal team was a joy to have out! On top of arriving on time and working swiftly, they showed wonderful teamwork and had a lot of fun together. Their energy was really refreshing to have about our home during these challenging times. Finally, the stump removal team finished the job mindfully, taking the time to set up barriers to protect our home from wood chips and mind their own safety. I'm a little sad we don't have more big trees for DTS to take down! We'll be recommending them to our friends and family.
