    Juan and his assistant Marshall at Dew Point HVAC have been our go-to HVAC people for years now. Juan is always quick to respond and his work is impeccable. Heâ s an extremely hard and meticulous worker and he is creative about figuring out ways to solve problems. This was especially helpful in our 1870 row house in Jersey City NJ. We recently moved to the suburbs and the home needed a replacement of heating and cooling. Juan and Marshall completed the job in one day, including installing a nest thermostat. He is knowledgeable about the pros and cons of different brands and systems and can describe pros and cons in detail and clearly to a layman. In short Juanâ s work and attitude and customer service are superb.

    My unit wasn't cooling. Juan spent a lot of time ensuring that my unit, the outdoor unit etc are all ok. While in the end it turned out to be a thermostat issue which we suspected; it did help that he covered all bases before committing to a particular approach. Highly recommend and will definitely rehire him

    Juan called me immediately. Showed up in 30 mins. Resolved the issue in 30 minutes and explained the progress to me throughout, and fixed another heat related issue I didn't even ask him about. Knowledgeable, Great Communicator, Timely, Efficient.

    Juan called back right away and gave me an estimate same day. I hired him and he did the work all in the same day. He was very knowledgeable and prices were reasonable. I wouldn't hesitate to call him for any future projects. Hard to find honest and good guys these days but Juan is one of those guys .
