Very nice young man, but prices for a job are extremely high...wanted to charge me over $200 to mount a small ceiling fan to an existing bracket, no extra work need for electric housing box or ceiling. Hired another handy who charged me $50...which was a great price. I've never paid over $100 for mounting a ceiling fan.
