The quality of the work and the customer service Derrick has always provided is second to none. He is punctual, his prices reasonable and is always honest. I have been in business for 15 years and would not trust any other person with my air conditioning or heating system with no other provider. He is friendly, respectful, professional and very efficient. If you are looking to have any work done on any of your appliances or systems, Derrick is the man. Derrick was great. We had a tight timeframe for a commercial installation. He worked all Saturday afternoon and early evening to make sure our system was up and running properly. He knew the equipment and issues and had all the tools to do the job at a high quality level. I would recommend him to anyone.
