Would not recommend this company at all. The price of our windows was good and installation team was wonderful (but left incomplete) but to be fair, this is because the windows had to be inspected before the final trims can be fitted to the windows. However, after waiting several months for the inspection to be done (another long waiting period), we had to wait several months again to get the company to finish off the window trims but after several calls, there was no result and in the end, my husband had to go online to find out how to install the trims and did it himself. The trims of each window (15 windows) had been laying on the floor by each window for one and a half years or so... it took 2 years to complete this project. Sadly, we certainly cannot recommend this company to anyone. You have been warned...!!

Very professional and timely work.

Love the new windows and sliding doors the only problem is that the company still owes us the screened doors for the sliding doors and we tried many times for them to bring them and they keep saying that they will bring them and still nothing they do not pick up the phone either disappointed in the customer service still waiting for them is almost been a year since the windows were done still no screen doors.

I can't say enough good, from the salesman to the men who actually put the windows in, all did an excellent job.

Beware

The worst possible decision you can make for your home, do yourself a favor and hire anybody else. This company came in and did the work without the permit without letting me know, dropped a hammer from upstairs to the downstairs on my tile floor and never repaired it. They subcontract the work it seems like because no one speaks English. The Head Guy name is Sam, he came over to review the damage and tried to fight my HOA president.... Literally, I had to break it up. HOA has to come in and repair, and guess what! I can't get ahold of these guys anymore.... The company is a joke and workmanship is even worse. Don't say I didn't tell you so.....

They insisted on getting the last third of their money before the job was completed then stopped working on the job. Also the job they did was shoddy and well below average. I would never use them again nor would I recommend them to others. They did a very poor job on the things they did complete and walked away from the job before it was finished.

The install guys were great and the salesman did his job.

They did a great job on my window replacement project. Great team to work with. Highly recommend.

Avoid using this contractor . They are refusing to do the job after paying him money.

This crew took the time needed to do the job to the best of their abilities. There were several unexpected events during this installation that took time to remedy and each one was assessed professionally. Big thank you to Danny and Luis for for their efforts.

Fast installation, professional installers, these young men were just fantastic. They installed 26 windows in 2 days and re-stuccoed each window frame. Thee installers laid plastic on all our valuables and cleaned up completely. The salesman, manager and owner called to follow up and see that we were happy, which we are. 5 stars from start to finish.

Very happy from start to finish. Sam made sure all work was done to our satisfaction. The workers were very pleasant and skilled. Jorge was a gem. Would definitely hire again for a future project and recommend to others.

Good price but that's about it after that it goes downhill no communication windows took a long time to get here then long time to install and as the project was getting close come to find out the slider was cracked so still waiting for that along with other things that were promised the salesman is like a use car salesman promise u a lot and when it's time to deliver you get excuses I would have paid more for a job on time and less stressful so be weary of this company

Pros: 1. Best prices: I could not find a better price for such good quality 2. Very professional installation: People doing the actual installation were great and did a fine job installing the windows. 3. Customer service.. for the most part: Eli and Aquiles interacted quite professionally. It was easy to work with them. See below for the others. Cons: 1. Customer service: 1a. I was told that the windows will come in 6 weeks. Someone from the office actually called me up at around 5 weeks to tell me that the windows would arrive next week but I did not hear anything back for 3 weeks after that. When I tried calling the office, the lady told me that they should not have given me any dates! I also exchanged some texts with the sales person but I either got incorrect or no response. The thing is, I don't mind waiting a few more weeks as long as I am kept in the loop about what is going on 1b. When the windows finally arrived the lady who called me to set the installation date said it will be done in a day. I had my doubts so I asked her again and she confirmed that it will be a day and maybe a couple of hours the day after. In the end it took 2 days total. Again, I don't mind that it took 2 days. We had just not planned for the second day. So both I and my wife had to take some unplanned time off from work. 1c. When the window installation was finally about to end on day 2, I asked the sales person to collect the payment the next day because it was raining outside and the guys were still doing the final finishing. The reason I asked for the favor was because I wanted to inspect the work and did not want to do it in a hurry when it was raining. He asked me to talk to his boss. When I called him up he flatly denied my request quite rudely and started threatening me with extra charges if I try to do that and that there will be legal consequences! He also said that I will be stealing from the workers if I give them a bad review (Lol!)... In a nutshell the poor guy was trying to intimidate me. When I told him that I wanted to talk to the owner he said that he was the owner. The sales guy said that he(boss guy) is not the owner and Eli is. In the end the only thing I was sure of is that I did not want to deal with them any more. So I did the inspection in the rain (thankfully it had subsided a bit). I asked the workers to fix some spots that they had missed. The crew was awesome..they fixed everything in a few minutes. I made the payment and got done with it. Later on, Eli called me to apologize and I appreciate that but the whole episode left a pretty bad taste in my mouth. Again, The installers did a great job. Price is great. Product is great. Customer service.. well you can judge for yourself

Great people.

A sales representative came and listened to my account of what I wanted. After I chose this company, another couple showed to up to issue and sign the contract. They were to install 16 double pane vinyl windows. When the installers showed up, they only had 15 windows to install. They presented me with final payment paper work at the end of the day. I declined and finally agreed to hold back 25% of the final payment. Eventually the final window was installed several weeks later. I am still waiting for the permit inspection. This company seems to be very disorganized and/or poorly run. The installers however were very good. The county inspector came today to inspect the window install. He asked for the permit package. I told him the contractor had it. I had told the contractor several days ago and he said he would look for it. This was a waste of the inspectors time.

Price was fair service good 3 screens had areas that had come loose from the splines, waiting to have them fixed

I waited to write this review so that I would be able to give my honest opinion based on every experience that I had with this company. From the day that Sammie called me to come over and provide the quote to the day that I had a real problem and Luis came and solved it, this company has been truly amazing. Sammie and Eli were professional and not overbearing during the sales meeting. I stated my budget and needs and Sammie made it happen. When I called the office, Sharon was always friendly and eager to get someone to help me. Never did she act frustrated or annoyed that I was calling again. Even when it may have gotten a little frustrating on her end, she was always kind to me. I will not say there was not a **hiccup** because there was and I decided to just move on. Until about a month after installation, when I discovered water was getting in the house via the sliding glass door. I did not want to call because I figured it would be a fight to get someone out here and for them to take responsibility. I called on Monday and Luis and his partner came first thing on Tuesday. We did some troubleshooting, and they left to get a few parts. When they returned, I showed them what I thought was causing the problem and Luis figured out the rest very quickly. Never did anyone try to blame the problem on me or tell me it existed before the installation. They were understanding and truly wanted to solve the problem. When I spoke, they were quiet and listened, and then looked into my assumption. Anytime that the company was at my house, they left everything better than it was before they arrived. They were always courteous and friendly. The installers got along with each other and every man knew his job and got right down to doing it. The install was complete in under 4 hours, including cleaning up. Yes, there were annoying moments but what home project is not. What is most important is this company was there when they were most needed, they did quality work, and they stood behind their work!

I hired John and I have a contract with them to put windows and do a few other things, they used a big circular saw to cut out a window opening took the block out and replaced it with 2x4's, they could put a bay window in, the window is pulling away from the house, they also put a new roof and a ceiling in the dining room, I am seeing water spots on the ceiling, they did come back to look at the problem and all they did was paint over the spots, no permits were pulled, they keep promising to come out and take care of the problem and never do the keep lying to me,my house is a mess

The price for the windows was much more reasonable than with other companies. The windows & sliding doors came within the time frame promised. Having mini blinds inside the sliding doors was especially appreciated. There was difficulty when the workers installing the windows spoke little or no English.

My experience with Management and workers was outstanding. Workers showed up on time, did great installing windows and cleaned up everything when finished. The windows did not come with plastic caps to cover up the screw holes. I called Eli and told him I didn't like that the holes were sowing. He said my windows didn't come with the caps but he would install them so I would be satisfied. That completely satisfied me and thanked him for the excellent customer service. I will be needing replacement of my patio sliding doors and will be using Dexaco again.
