The response was very quick, they took care of the issue within hours. The plumber was licensed and insured and very diligent as it was not an easy fix.

This plumber is totally outstanding. He came to repair problems we were having with the kitchen sink and did a fantastic job there. Within a week we needed our bathtub drainage to be unclogged and he was right on time for that project. Mr D is considerate, takes the job seriously, reasonable and will sit down and explain what is happening, what he will do, and guarantee all the work. I really appreciate that. At the time of his service, he also informed us what needed to be done with problems he'd seen that may have to be done. We are very satisfied with all the work he has done in the kitchen and the bathroom tub. I would recommend him to anyone who needs a qualified plumber who is well experienced. This was truly a fantastic experience from someone who knew exactly what he was doing. Besides being courteous, professional and explaining all that he was doing and what had to be done, I totally appreciated him taking time to let me know what was going on. Believe me when I say, this plumber has made my experience in my kitchen more comfortable. The price was right, the time was very efficient and I have considered him as my true plumber for whatever plumbing problem I may have (hopefully not) in the future. I have another project that has to be taken care of in the very near future and he has promised me that all I must do is contact him. That is so positive for me. I have received great work , guarantees, very good parts, and the promise that if anything goes wrong afterwards-just give him a call. All of this is extremely more than 5 stars. Yes, I would refer him to others!!!
