Arrived at pre determined time and date, was very quick to organize the project and gather materials needed. I first called to install an outlet for a washer/dryer combo, he told me he was also a plumber and can install hot and cold water lines and drain for washer, the work did take some time almost 7 hours but I was very satisfied with the service and was reasonably priced, was also neat and orderly and cleaned up the work area, I highly recommend DiBiasio and plan on using again for more projects in my home.

Robert called us promptly, and we set up an appointment for an hour later. He arrived, fixed the toilet quickly and charged an appropriate amount.

Initial estimate and job completion appointments were on time as scheduled. Work performed was as expected with good clean up.

Submitted the request on Wednesday. Work done on Friday. Knows his trade. Safe, fast and efficient.

I needed a dryer line and a outdoor vent space for my basement. Mr. DiBiasio came and accessed the area and recommended that the dryer line be installed but it would be rather costly to get the outdoor vent space done. He suggested I move to an indoor ventilation system for the dryer and that is what i have today. The dryer and ventilation system works fine.

Call back was prompt and appiontment was kept on time despite inclement weather

He came on time figured out the problem and made an appointment to come back to fix it. His prices were reasonable. He was very pleasant and respectful. Working with him was an overall good experience. I would use him again and recommend him to my friends/family.

Robert DiBiasio is a very good plumber, if you need a small project. His prices are very low, compared to other plumbers. He was not able to do a large project, which involved breaking the cement and digging out the main water shut off valve on the curb. Actually, he waited two days to get back to me, while my basement was flooded. I finally hired Roto Rooter for this job. They did the job in one day, and also helped me get a temporary credit card to cover that job.
