He made a completely brand new bathroom 2 years ago and the shower stall leaks making the drywall wet. There is water coming in through the ceiling light when it rains and leaves through the vent. So much for a brand new bathroom? Do not recommend it.

A terrible individual. He made an utter mess of our projects and refused to correct them, yet insisted on full payment prior to the project being completed! We were told the project would take three weeks, 8 weeks later, we are still living in dust and chaos. That is what happens when a tradesman turns up for 2 hours a day, 3 times a week! An absolute joker. He cuts corners in the hope that clients would not notice, when the issues are raised he is incredibly defensive and accusatory whilst making pathetic excuses for his poor workmanship. He ruined our carpet and vanity yet refused to take accountability or indeed the cost to repair/clean. Seriously lacks attention to detail, basic morals/integrity and customer service. DO NOT HIRE.

We hired Di Carlo Home Improvements to repair the front steps on my motherâ s house. Vince couldnâ t have been nicer. He responded to my inquiry right away on a Sunday! We spoke with 2 other companies, but Di Carlo Home Improvementâ s estimate was in the middle and his description of what needed to be done made the most sense. The job was completed by the end of the week. I met Vince at the house after the work had started. He showed me what was being done and explained what work there was left to do. The workers did an excellent job. The steps look great! They cleaned everything up before they left. They noticed broken cement at the beginning of the front walkway and repaired it on their own, at no extra cost. It was raining when they were done, so Vince left the tenting up an extra day so the steps could dry. I would highly recommend Di Carlo Home Improvements to others and plan to use them myself for other projects in the future.

We needed a portion of our chimney rebuilt and a section of our sidewalk replaced. Both jobs were performed professionally, to our complete satisfaction at a fair price below the estimates of two other contractors. Although the sidewalk work was delayed by town street work, Vince kept us informed of the situation. When the town demanded that we do more of the sidewalk, he gave us a good price and even negotiated with the town that they would remove a tree and pick up the cost of redoing our walking and driveway cuts. Cleanup at the end of the job was satisfactory. DeCarlo will be my first call for any future masonry work I might need.

It was a pleasure to work with DiCarlo Home Improvements. They were on efficient, responsive and very professional. I look forward to working with them again on another project.

PROFESSIONAL, RELIABLE & DID EXACTLY WHAT THEY SAID AND A LITTLE EXTRA

Called to get a quote on what I thought was a chimney repointing project. Turns out the top portion of our chimney needed a complete rebuild. Vince was responsive and clearly communicated why/what we needed. Price was also reasonable. His crew was thorough and neat and I am happy w my experience.

Great communications, workers were here even before the time promised. Company owner came afterwords and went over work that was done before collecting the pay. Great work and service. Thank you.

The men worked all day on a nasty job. It looks great.

The work exceeded my expectations and I appreciate that Vince was there to supervise both the beginning of the work and the final product. It was a large patio and pool deck + stairs so important part of our house. They were frankly quite a bit higher price than others I spoke with but I could tell that Vince understood the job and felt he would deliver. It was worth the extra $$ given the importance that it be done right and it was. I will hire them again if I have work in their area of expertise.

On time, job well done, very courteous

Vince came promptly, and on time, to give bid. He sent bid the next day. It was a solid, yet practical plan, and very reasonable price. His guys were here on the day specified, at 9:30, they were very nice, and they completed the work on-time and budget. The next project, I'm calling DiCarlo again!

They we prompt and arrived when they said they would. Very friendly and easy to talk to. I’m very happy with the quality of work and the speed of completion.

Vince and his team did a superb job repairing our bluestone steps after a tree shattered two of them. He called almost immediately after I contacted HomeAdvisor, visited the house the next day, and did a great job on our repair. He walked us through our options and gave us his professional opinion to leave one step as-is, which saved us money. He called and texted apologetically but professionally from the stone quarry when he realized that the stone would cost a bit more than anticipated, which I appreciated. Vince is honest, responsive and did a great job. I highly recommend DiCarlo.
