It was a pleasure to have DiGiovanni come and do work for us. He and his crew were all very professional and at the same time friendly. I felt as if we had been friends for a very long time. The contractor was courteous and knowledgeable. That's why we were surprised when he was unable to fix the problem after 3 hours because they didn't bring the right tool. The bigger issue is even though the problem didn't get fixed, the plumbing contractor still charged us the full price of $450. I'm an electrical contractor, if my company couldn't fix a problem, we certainly would not charge full price. It just seems the responsible thing to do. In any case, a 2nd plumbing contractor came out with the proper sized tools and fixed the problem within 30 minutes.
