DiRaimondi never kept the appointment or called back to schedule a new one. Poor customer service.

Charlie initially assured us he knew exactly what the problem was & that both repairs should be fully cured. After his 1st visit, the washer still did not work and it took 2 weeks of constant calls and chasing to get him back here.Finally, he returned and apologetically said it was not worth fixing anymore, so it now works worse than before and we are still waiting for the $50 refund that he again promised us over a month ago and again has not returned any of my 10+ phone calls, vms, etc. Very dissatisfied and extremely disappointing!

Charles called me before I had even stepped away from the computer and Service Magic. He wanted to come out the same day but my wife and I weren't available. We scheduled for a few days later, Charles was on time (even called us and rescheduled to come earlier!), courteous, and fixed our washer in about two hours. Five stars all the way. Would definitely recommend.

We are extremely happy with the service we received. He was very responsive and provided next day service. Unfortunately my washing machine doesn't use a standard size belt, so it took an extra day complete the job. In the end our washer sounds better then ever at an extremely reasonable price. I will definitely be calling him again during the next appliance melt down.

Had a problem with the radiant stove top burner. The item needed was switched out efficiently and is working fine now. No problems with the service.

He was quick to respond and worked with my tenants to replace the washer belts at a very fair price. I'm still waiting for a receipt/bill in the mail. It was great to be able to do all of this over the phone.

This was the second time Charles was here and did an expert, professional job both times. My husband and I were very impressed with his efficiency, knowledge of the appliances and job performance. We will definitely call him back again, with appliance needs.
