Diagnostic Guys

I hired them to complete a few electrical projects in my home. They took advantage of me. a senior citizen, by telling me that my breakers needed to be replaced. I trusted them and so agreed. I found out later, after consulting several other electricians, that breakers rarely need to be replaced. I attempted to contact the owner by email several times and got no response. I finally filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. I did not receive a refund for the unnecessary work but hope that it will warn others to steer clear of this business.

This company is very professional and completed my project over and above my expectations. Their Journeyman electrician Tim was polite, explained what he would do, and gave some ideas that my wife and I had not thought of. We could not be happier with the outcome of their work! They have my highest recommendation!

Very professional. Fast response. Reasonable prices. Good knowledge of local electrical codes. They identified some minor electrical problems and fixed them for no additional fees.

The provided a reasonable quote and did the job promptly. Probably it did not warrant that high a price but it was less than a competitor. They also recommended some other things to be done, but, in my view, their prices were unduly high. However, they did the job and were good to work with.

The electricians were very helpful in bringing my electrical systems (smoke detectors, batteries and breaker box) up to code. They were very easy to work with and listened to my ideas for installation of some track lighting. It turned out really good.
