James from Dial One was at my house early the morning after I called. He quickly diagnosed the problem and provided a flat-rate repair cost if I decided to do the work. There is a service charge for them to come out, but if you hire them at the decided flat-rate the service charge gets waived. He fixed the problem within an hour and took care of a couple extra things like insulation and vacuum breakers on both the front and backyard faucets, even though the back one was the only one leaking. He was friendly and easy to work with. I will call them next time I need plumbing done.

Technician did a great job but $266 for a 30 minute job doesnt seem like a fair price. Wont have repeat cusomers with this kind of pricing.
