The Dial One crew worked well. I also had them replace the main ducts for my HVAC system. I liked their work and am considering hiring them for routine periodic HVAC system maintenance.

They said they could not fix the air conditioner. They set up an appointment for someone else to come and tell me how much it would cost to purchase a new one. In the meantime, my receptionist referred me to a friend of hers who fixed the air conditioner the next day for about $300.00. I cancelled the appointment for the new air condiditoner estimate.

It seemed as though none of the employees communicated with one another. They wanted to do a quick and dirty install and we ended up with exposed pipes and an open wall for a week before they came back. Also, several code violations caused the first inspection to fail.

Dial One was very quick to set up an appointment and they were right on time. My only frustration was that the entire time seemed like one big sales call with several products being pushed. Otherwise, they were excellent!
