I worked with Mike. Never met Gustavo. The bathroom turned out beautifully - Mike is a perfectionist and it really paid off for me. The estimate was incomplete. The payment process was a bit painful, but we worked it out. (The estimate did not reflect any type of payment requirements.) The project also took a week longer than originally estimated, but again, I'm very happy with the results. Also, Mike provided a lot of creative ideas to the process that none of the other contractors even hinted at. I took some of Mike's ideas for the projects and I'm very pleased.

I had some block, stucco, and sheetrock work done. Excellent, neat, and clean work, completed in a just a few days. Mike and Gus are very professional. They are open to suggestions that I had regarding the work. I was very impressed that they worked around my schedule.
