New AC company we wanted to try out to see how theor service, price compared to our previous and Diamond AC with Ryan and his assistant Luis nailed it! A particular issue with our ac drainage we already, we were told it would cost in the neighborhood of about $2,200 to fix/reset the pitch. Diamond AC came in, shared with us how our unit was doing and what it would take to correct the pitch, $10 in PVC and the included the labor in their 1st time visit with a 1 year maintenance program. Tyler did great! I've been with Diamond A/C for few years. They always came through if there was a problem with service. Very happy with them.

Avoid this scam of a company at all costs. Their preventative maintenance program is a headache and a ripoff. Every time they call and come out, they set up an appointment with you and then reschedule it multiple times. They came out and forgot to screw the panel for the AC back in, so it fell off. My house would not get below (90⠰). For an entire week, my AC was sucking in hot summer air (110°). I went up to the roof and found the panel off with a block of ice covering the vents. When I called and complained about it, they sent Tim out to look at it, get all the ice off the vent, and clean it. Then all they said was sorry; and left me with a $450 electric bill that month. The next time they came out, they told me there was a problem with my AC, but I was so fed up with them that I told them to leave because I knew it was caused by them, and they were just trying to charge me for their mistake. The most recent incident was a call asking for another appointment. They did not even show up on the day they were supposed to. No call, nothing. The next day,hey called me saying they had tried to call me, but Nicole thought they had dialed the wrong number. Then Nicole told me my appointment was not actually due for another two months, which just shows how unprofessional this scam of a company is. Nicole said they'd have their manager Kevin call me and speak to me, but I have yet to hear from them. When I asked for a refund on the remaining balance of my plan, which was still active until 2027, Mary denied my request, stating that she is unable to issue a refund if there is no balance left. This is clearly untrue. I sent an email to the owner, Albert Diamond, which was clearly ignored. This company is not to be trusted.

Diamond AC has always had great customer service. They usually can perform repairs that day, which is nice. Like others have stated, on my check-up, Luke make me feel like a caring technician, versus just trying to get money. He was polite, professional, and knowledgeable. Would totally recommend.

if i could give a 10 star, i would. they were prompt, professional and courteous and new exactly what the issue was and immediately repaired it! And we have air again!!! I would definitely recommend them to my neighbors and friends!!

Great service, great people great prices, Our air went out in middle of night, We had emergency complete system replacement that day. Never heard of such customer service. I give them 10 stars!!!

When your air conditioner goes out you want it done fast in Arizona heat! Diamond AC & Heating proved to be everything we expected and more! A+ service in response, communication, quality AND price. They were great with going over our issues and what our options were. We have already recommended them to 4 others! We are definitely using the check up service in the future. I maintain my car so it works well for longer, now I understand how important it is to do it with my AC! Thanks for keeping us cool!

I have used Diamond AC and Heating several times, from maintenance to repairs. Everybody there is courteous and professional. When I call, I feel like a person and not just a dollar sign. I try to get Richie but have had others that are great as well (David). They have actually saved me money. I thought that I needed a new system, they fixed my existing system, and let me know that I did not need a new system as of now. Very unheard of these days. I am a loyal dog in my doings and will use them always. Thanks for making me feel like a member of the family.

We spent a week without AC working with American Home Shield to repair a 5 ton 4 yr old Carrier AC under a 10 year warranty. Without going into detail of the scam American Home Shield tried to pull on us, I called the AC manufacturer yesterday who recommended Diamond AC & Heating. Yesterday afternoon I called and talked with Cody. An hour later he was on my roof, diagnosed the problem, photo documented all that needed to be done and took the time to show and explain it to us. American Home Shield blatantly lied to me for a week and only would replace the compressor with a 2nd rate compressor and not fix other the underlying issues to make the system efficient and keep it from breaking down again! Cody and Andrew showed up this morning and our system is working BETTER than when it was installed!! Cody also included a 5 yr maintenance contract to inspect and clean the unit every 6 months. He genuinely cared about us and 8 rescue greyhounds!! There's an old saying "if you think hiring a professional is expensive, wait until an amateur gets their hands on you"! Alfred & Cory are the next level option for AC unit replacement. I called several companies and Diamond AC was by far the best in communication, professional and on time! Their price was very fair , their service exceptional. I have already referred by aunt to them to replace her unit as well. thank you Alfred & Cory!!! Saved the day during this hot summer!

Install of a new AC/furnace was scheduled only 2 days after I accepted the quote. There were a couple non-critical follow up items to complete everything that took two more appointments, but everything was done to our satisfaction. The only issue was lack of communication on scheduling the follow up items and on giving me a call when they were on their way.

Everyone was great. All of the men were professional, respectful, and friendly. They were very efficient and got the job done quickly. They were clean and took great care of my property. I had to replace my 30 year old workhouse for a new unit. The new one installed by Diamond is awesome. From my experience, I would recommend this business to everyone who is in need of quality, integrity, and just good service.
