Shortly after the gutter replacement my gutters started to leak. The company is now out of business, so their warranty/guarantee is worthless.

They came out to clean and pitch our gutters in November and when we had our first rain we found that we are still having spill overs from the rain. Tried to call them several times and I keep getting a message that they are not accepting calls. Very frustrated that we cannot get a hold of them.

I selected a "Gutter" company (as opposed to a cleaning company) to clean my gutters because I had a challenging project. The exit point of one of my downspouts which was routed underground, under planting bed had become clogged. When I reviewed the project with the sales guy/estimator, I explained that the job was for them to attempt to clear the blockage, locate and open the exit point, saving the underground system. We agreed that if they were unsuccessful in their attempt to clear the blockage, that they could then abandon the underground downspout and reroute another above ground around the planting bed. When the workers arrived a week later to do the job, they had no equipment with them to clear the underground blockage. They said they don't work on anything below ground and proceeded immediately to simply disconnecting and abandoning the underground portion of the downspout, and rerouted another downspout above ground. By skipping the attempt to fix/clear the underground downspout, I felt Diamondback did not do the job we discussed. By skipping the attempt to fix/clear the underground downspout, the $286 price for a 1 hr job felt completely overpriced. I would not recommend or hire this company again.

Excellent workmanship. On time, thorough and professional. Rather than work in the rain showers, came back next day to finish. Cited that the bonding of the corners on the existing gutters would not work well if wet.

They left a mess behind

The vinyl sidings were installed in 2008. The problem was that the whole front and the rear side of the house's second's floor bottom trims/siding were loose. Dan, with the help of Pedro, re-attached these with screws and nails. This gives me a peace of mind. They were punctual and did the job well.
