They Provided me with the same day service. About an hour before the tech showed up, I got a text with his picture and a brief introduction. He was very thorough ,checked everything systematically. I am completely satisfied with their services. Two things stood out during this whole experience. First, they didn't try to sell me anything and second, I got call a couple of days afterwards, checking to make sure I was fully satisfied. I fully recommend the company. Their number is already on my contact list.

Darius arrived right on time. He was clean and neat and very polite.

Absolutely recommend! Scheduling was a breeze and they were able to come out bright and early the day after I called to fix our furnace. Stephen was on time (even a few minutes early), very nice and respectful and always put shoe coverings back on when coming into the house. He explained everything simply to us and recommended a pest company for a few rodent issues he saw. The easiest process and so quick! Will absolutely be calling them again for future issues

Replied extremely quickly which was appreciated in an urgent A/C condensation pan leak situation. Were able to come out to the house within two hours, and complete all repairs within 30 minutes. Prices were very reasonable and technician was very professional. Highly recommend.

Issue was not apparent during service call as it was sporadic. Service tech told me to take a picture or video if it occurred again. Which I did that evening. Using that information, they sent the tech the next day. He waited until the issue occured and then determined what the fix was. he ordrered the part that was acting up and came back the next morning with the part and made the repair. The issue has not occured since.

Customer service was excellent, and the tech that came to fix my AC was knowledgeable and offered lots of useful advice. I would definitely use this company again.

My A/C unit would not kick on, so I booked an appt with Diamond Blue. Fortunately, I was able to secure a same day appt and Darius (their technician) arrived a short time later. As a retired guy living on a modest income, I was apprehensive about what it would take to fix my problem and what the ensuing cost would be? I am pleased to say that Darius able to get my system running for the simple cost of a service call. As someone who has had bad experiences with A/C companies in the past, it was a pleasure to do business with an honest person and company. My hat is off to Darius and Diamond Blue for a job well done!

When our AC Unit stopped working, they were the first to call and schedule an appointment. Stephen and Darius arrived the next morning and diagnosed a difficult issue by process of elimination. They finished the work in a timely and orderly fashion and at a reasonable cost.

Excellent technicians, thoroughly checked out my unit... courteous, arrived on time, explained what my options were, and, they were very professional.

The came to my home within hour and found the trouble and did that along with a checkup on the system. First class and would recommend them for anything on a system.

In the freezing, snowy weather... horrible road conditions... still came out and made repairs. Answered all my questions. Made additional adjustments. So far... still up and running. Affordable

I recommend this company based on a quality experience I had when my heating unit went out. I was contacted immediately after completing my Home Advisor request. Found the problem and fixed it.

Our AC went out and needed a new motor installed. Another company had originally come to look at my unit but did not seem in any rush to help or order the part we needed, so I reached out to Diamond Blue Air. I wish I would have found them first. Darius came out right away and was amazing!! He’s very friendly and super knowledgeable and Jerry at the office was wonderful as well and kept me updated on our appointments and when my part would come in. I highly recommend this company to anyone who needs assistance.
