Mr. Larco was a true gentleman. He was eager to please and wanted to be sure that he did and his helper did good quality work. My job had some annoying difficulties to overcome in order to have good access to the windows, but Mr. Larco and his helper handled it all with good humor and ease.

Post Construction Clean up
Review by Bobby P. In Miami, FL: Tony and his crew were outstanding, professional and very courteous to our specific requests. Our town home was a mess and not an easy place to clean with high ceilings and big windows. Went over & beyond ones expectations. Left our post construction bathroom makeovers, which created dust and it was everywhere in the house. Left the house into a livable home for us in time for Christmas! Each & every room was throughly cleaned. It took them two & half days. We would definitely recommend this company. They will be back again to do more work for us in the future. Diamond Cleaning Services pressure cleaned my barrel tile roof. If you are reading this review I presume you live in Miami-Dade. If you do you know that when you call for an estimate there is a 50/50 chance of anyone showing up let, alone the time promised. Anthony (Tony) Larco showed up on time and was both professional and friendly. His bid was competitive. The project took 2.5 days. He rang the doorbell after day one to announce his crew was leaving and would return at 10:00 AM. The next day, at 10:00 AM his crew was there. Tony manages the project while his crew is on your roof. After each day he makes sure you are happy with the work done so far and if there is anything you may feel they are overlooking. I would be hard pressed to find a more professional cleaning service. I highly recommend them!!

I appreciated Anthony showing up exactly on time, having great communication with me through text and telephone. he couldn't finish the job at the first visit, but didn't want any money, and returned promptly to finish up. I would absolutely hire Anthony again. actually I hope he will become my regular window guy from now on!!!
