Rep from company canceled/ rescheduled appointments with me regularly. Claimed to not remember details of conversations about job expectations. Had to clarify their poorly written contract after the job was mostly completed. Then, expected me to pay more for products received that were not in the original contract. In short, horrible communication skills.
