Front door screen door. 2025.11.24 Ordered a brown door. Picture and invoice attached. 2025.12.08 Installed white door painted brown. Ask about the white door box and Landon stated that it was for another door. 2025.12.11 the brown paint started to chip. See attachment. Talked to about the door. He blamed the supplier about lying about the door. He said a new door would be ordered and would be installed before the renters arrived on January 1, 2026. I left for Dallas. Landon was great. Not only punctual, professional and personable, but also incredibly patient - I tried fixing our dryer first, so not only did he have to repair a faulty part in it but also fix my mess. Will be utilizing him going forward for any future issues

Landon was quite amazing, best end to end service I have seen in years for a quick little job. Callback within minutes, onsite in 15 minutes more, estimated within 5, and fixed within an hour. Competitive price too. Highly recommended.

I needed prompt service and he showed up the day I accepted his company. He was very nice . He went to Home Depot and bought everything for the job and he knew just what to do! My front door works better than when I moved in and he solved the patio screen - he made it better than the installers did! Of course I would ask him again if I need door or window work.

Needed my daughters door adjusted and had a lock repaired. London showed up and did the repairs in 15 minutes. 2 weeks later, we are having the same issue as before. We, meaning my daughter, myself and my wife have made several attempts to contact him and he has hung up on us, blocked us and has refused to have any communication with us. In my opinion, London completely lacks integrity and does not stand behind his work. He charged us $200 for 15 min of work and is completely ghosting us. We would not recommend him for anything.

I had a very disappointing experience with Diamond Doors and Windows. I initially contacted Landon for a door repair job and he seemed helpful and responsive at first. I explained that I wanted to restore my antique door hardware and also fix the door frame so the locks would function properly. He came by, assessed the situation, and we scheduled a repair. When he returned, he spent about 30?45 minutes adjusting the frame so that the lock and handle would work?but he did not install the original antique door parts as discussed. He claimed a part was missing and said he?d be happy to help find it and come back to finish the job. After that, communication became very unreliable. I followed up multiple times, and after a few delayed replies, he mentioned he was looking into it and had a lead. Then he stopped responding completely. I even had family members try reaching out?he told them he was dealing with a family emergency, but ultimately never followed up, never returned, and never f

Hired pro to fix 2 sliding screen doors. He arrived on time and was able to do fix in same trip! Tightened screens on both doors and new rollers on the bottom. They work really great! Pleasant and professional young man! Would highly recommend!

Landon did a good job. The only mark down was a delay in response when I had an issue with one of my screens but he did fix it. I like my screens.

On time, did what was requested, after they finished I went back and found that the windows; most, had streaks? Over all the service was good.
