I will never hire Diamond Fence again - or recommend them to anyone. They did a very poor job - left big concrete posts protruding above the ground rather than having them covered in the ground. They cut up my grass in order to allow the gate to swing open - and never repaired it. The gate never has closed correctly because it is misaligned to the fence. They left concrete splatter on the fence and driveway. When we asked them to fix it, they took no responsibility. Their ads for satisfaction guaranteed are a lie - and I, like most people, would rather pay twice as much for a job well done than pay a so-called, "good price" for a poor job. I recommend you take your valuable time and hard-earned money elsewhere. - Debbie Ekker

Amazing customer service. Prompt responses to any and all questions. Great value for our money. They were by far the best price and value. Most of all they were very professional and patient with me and my neighbor. I would recommend them 100%.

They were the first to provide a bid. The bid was competitive. You do not need to pay anything until the whole work is complete. Timely updates about each step were provided. Excellent process from bid to finish.

Great product, workmanship, communications and customer service.

I had a great experience with Diamond Fence. The estimator was knowledgeable and arrived in time and provided a detailed quote the very next day. Once I accepted the estimate the installation was smooth and fast. They explained the process and the timelines and communicated everything throughout. I now have a new beautiful fence and they were very affordable! I highly recommend Diamond Fence!

Good materials. Rushed installation.

These guys did a terribly sloppy job. They finished with concrete splatter all over the stucco exterior of our house and on the driveway, as well as dripped concrete on our paving stones. I contacted Diamond Fence several times to get this cleaned up and they continually promised, over 3 months to fix it, but never showed up. They did not do a good job at communicating throughout the installation process either. They never let us know when people would be coming to do each part of the job and are not responsive to email outreaches. Very disappointed.

Dan and Steve were great at communication. Steve installed the fence and did an amazing job... they were great to work with.

I received 4 estimates on my vinyl fence from different companies. Diamond fence was one of the lower ones. To be complete honest i was impressed with the customers service and prompt response from diamond fence. There quality is top notch, they were there when they said they would, and the worked around my Concrete Guys and the crazy weather this last spring. Would Definitely recommend them and would use them again! Thank you Diamond fence

Struggled to get through the project. They missed planned days and ended up with huge gaps under the fence which was my biggest concern to ensure my dogs would not be able to get out of the yard.

Had a horrible experience. Starting from the beginning - They came a week and a half later than they told us, so we were on vacation. While on vacation I got an email saying they broke my sprinkler line in one specific location and that I was responsible to repair it before they returned Monday to pour concrete. When in fact they broke 4 different sprinkler lines and my newly installed retaining wall. Then I get an email stating they are going to enforce their surcharge for difficulty in digging the holes. They thought it would be a good idea to use an auger right next to a sprinkler box, which broke 3 different lines and cut the sprinkler wires and a telephone line that was clearly blue-staked. They broke my line in another spot and failed to notify me so I didn't know until after I pressurized the lines again and the posts were installed. They left multiple 6 inch gaps at the bottom of the fence that I now have to fill in. They left knives and tools around the yard where my young daughters play. They didn't cap all of the gates, and still haven't. They left full bags of concrete that got wet and hardened. I ended up spending an additional couple hundred dollars and quite a few hours repairing my sprinkler lines, blowing out each and every head, and repairing my retaining wall. After complaining about this I received an email saying they would wave the additional surcharge because they took so long to complete the project. Their tie ins to my neighbors fences are awkward looking and again, didn't even cap all the gates. I understand that I was one house and a "small" project, and no where near their main client, but I would never recommend this company to anyone I know or anyone I work with.

There was a little misunderstanding about the scheduling but it was cleared up and finished in a timely manner!! We would recommend this company highly!!

The quality of work is great. The timing of the projects completion is kinda flexible. They kept saying 7-10 days, but the start point was changing all the time (from the acceptance of the estimate, from the date of removing the old fence, etc, etc). Overall got done in less than a month. If timing is important, go find someone also, if timing is relatively flexible, they do a great job.

Diamond at time of bid said they were 4-5 weeks out. At 7 weeks finally showed up. The entire job we had to chase them for answers. They had to reset the poles 3 separate times, don't know the difference between "straddle" vs "next to the property line" means. The original placement of the poles they were 2' off property line. They also drove over my NEW grass and caused 6" ruts that they didn't even tell me about while I was home. I assume, just in case I didn't notice? We had 2 other contractors coming to do concrete and landscaping and continued to delay the final install. Please Please Please, if you choose to use this company, be extremely clear about what you want, how you want it, time frame that you want it and know that you will be the only one to make calls to chase information. They have no idea how to manage a customers expectations. They just show up when they want. BE WARNED!

I hired Diamond Fence the day after I called them because they came out the following day to give me a bid, the bid was in line with the competition, they did not require any kind of down payment prior to installation and they worked to fit my fence job into a busy schedule even though it was the latter part of summer which is their busiest part of the season. The fence was installed in a timely manner and they even cleaned up afterwards without being asked too. It was really great dealing with a company that could deliver.

They were quick and efficient, did a great job. There was a little confusion when a change was made to the plan from the initial consultation to the project start. The change was not made, but when I contacted them they came out ASAP and fixed the issue with no change in the quote and final bill.

We had some scheduling problems.

The team was great to work with and installed my fence quickly and professionally. It looks great! The customer service was top notch and their price was better than the three other estimates I received. I would definitely recommend Diamond Fence!

Way to many delays.

Reasonably priced and quality work. Only issue was not notifying me when they would be at my house. Otherwise everything was great.
