Originally I thought Russell was professional with the job of replacing 3 large windows for us. Unfortunately there is some water damage occurring below my windows. We have called several times and sent e-mails since November 2017 with documenting pictures of water damage and Russell or other company members will not return our phone calls. Sometimes Things happen, a professional company would communicate and offer to fix the problem before more damage occurred.

"To all clients, new and existing not sure why I have not connected with this issue. Sounds like an issue with the building not the glass we installed glass on this project not the framing. We will try to contact this customer and address the issue so we can get this rating reviewed to get a better rating. We will continue to work on these qualities as they arise."

Great installer. Ran a little late but called a little ahead to provide the new time. One of the sets of windows was the wrong size so the project spilled over to a second day, but they were efficient, thorough in the replacements. I would recommend them and use again.

I set an appt for them to come to my home - they were on time (texted in advance to let me know they were on the way); they were professional, measured the 2 windows I needed replaced; they gave me a price; they ordered the window - texted to let me know when they would install and texted me when they were finished. Great work - great customer service. I'd definitely recommend them to others.
