Zach was very professional and polite. He stayed in touch to let me know what was going on. He was on time and completed the work that needed to done on a timely manner Much appreciation to the company for their work!

Each time we glance at it out the windows, each time we enjoy the straight, sturdy boards on it and marvel at the great rich tones of the deck boards, we're glad we made the right choices. And it's all thanks to Zach.  Our old rotted deck badly needed a re-do. Complicating the project was that some of our iron railings were cemented in place and some of the footings needed reinforcement.  Zach strongly recommended wood rather than plastic composites, and said Ipe, a Brazilian hardwood, was  the most durable as well as great looking.   It took us a while to make our decision, but eventually we decided to have Zach rebuild the deck using Ipe. It looks and is wonderful. We couldn't have had it rebuilt by anyone that would have done a better job than Zach. He is a perfectionist. Even the deck board screws were countersunk and plugged!  Our deck is an excellent testimonial of his work. There are no construction flaws! None!  Now, three months later, we're convinced we made the right choice.   5 STARS.

Zack followed though on our agreement and accommodate all my requests for drawings to meet HOA requirements. The stairs he built were to my specifications and of high quality. Diamond Home Solutions did a great job working on replacing all of the boards on our deck. They did a thorough job carefully replacing the old decking, and although it was more difficult based on some unexpected issues, they didn't go above the original estimate provided for the work. Communication was good throughout the project and the old decking was removed and job site left clean. Would work with this company again.
