Both were completed with the utmost professionalism and craftsmanship. The work was on a whole house exterior paint and a complete roof replacement. The work was completed as promised and efficiently. There were no hidden charges or upcharges. I would recommend Diamond house painting without any hesitation.

We had a couple of companies give us quotes to paint the trim, porch floors and ceilings, ironwork, and reglaze the windows on our 100 year old house, garage, and guest house. Mr Felix and Diamond House Painting had excellent reviews. He was the first guy I talked to and I liked him right away, but doing my due diligence I went ahead and met the other reps. Once we got the quotes in, the choice was obvious. I would have gone with them anyway but they were also the best price by far. They carefully washed and sanded the areas to be painted. We have a stucco house where the color is part of the material, and that part didn't need any work, but the paint on the trim was flaking off so it needed a lot of attention. This was during the record heat wave too and they still came every day and began at 8am sharp. They cleaned up after themselves every day. We have a guest house and kept the doors unlocked and the AC on, told them to please use it to cool off and not rush through the day and they really appreciated it. I am so glad we could offer that because we both work from home and it kind made us feel guilty sitting inside while they were out there sweating their butts off. They sanded off the outer layer to break the seal so the primer would stick better. Then they removed all the flaky debris and finally washed the areas. Then they primed and caulked anything needing sealing, and did some non-structural repairs to the columns and replaced old cracked window glazing. After that they hand brushed on two coats of paint. They also did maintenence work on the wrought iron and coated it with 2 coats of enamel. They even pressure washed the driveway to remove any flecks of paint that they may have dropped since the driveway runs down the length of the house. Overall very pleasant people to have around for the duration of the project, and extremely happy with the work. This paint job will last for years and years.

While Felix was doing work for us on our home, my 95-year-old friend in uptown was trying to find someone to repair the ceiling in her bedroom in her 1890s home. Even though I had waited months for Felix to do our exterior work, he was happy to go over to her home and repair, patch, and paint the 3 to 4 foot opening in her ceiling, knowing her circumstances. In fact, one of the days that his crew went to her home, their day was essentially wasted because she could not hear them at the door. Nonetheless, he sent the fellows back the following day. They knocked out the job in three days. Felix not only has a great crew that does excellent work, but the man has heart.

First of all, I have never done a Google review. However, Felix and his crew are so outstanding that I feel I would be doing him a disservice not to write a five star review of his work. We waited for at least a month before Felix was able to send a crew, but folksâ comments here on Google convinced us that he was worth the wait. He was! Every member of his crew, from painter to carpenter, was courteous and efficient. All of them showed up on time and cleaned up after themselves. The work they did, from sanding and revarnishing to carpentry repairs and lattice work, was meticulous. Any oversight that I noticed, Felix quickly took care of (and I would rate us close to a 10 when it comes to perfectionism!). I will most definitely use Felix again, hopefully to paint interior rooms and repair sheetrock damage from water. Thank you, Felix. (It makes sense that the only low review of Diamond Painting is by someone who never used him. Should that even be allowed?)

Felix and his workers (Daniel, Juan and Samy) did a fantastic job painting our house and restoring our deteriorated balcony. We were very lucky to find these great guys! Work done: Our two-story, hundred year-old house was genuinely cringe-worthy in appearance, with badly peeled paint on all sides, many rotted weatherboards, missing balcony railing and leaky porch ceiling. Now I am SOOO pleased with how the house looks! Itâ s beautiful!! We should have done this years ago (not kidding). We have had many compliments from admiring (or possibly relieved) neighbors. Felix and his guys sanded, caulked and painted walls and window frames, with very careful and professional attention to containment of dust. They replaced weatherboard siding where needed. For the balcony, they fabricated a new HDLC-approved balcony railing with spindles to match historical photographs, and restored the flooring. They also repaired the porch ceiling with new tongue-in-groove lumber and painted it. Their work was meticulously and thoroughly done, with painstaking attention to detail. The wood surfaces are now completely smooth and look new. While these items were not included in the contract, Felixâ s guys also helped with some â extrasâ including removing a second-story window unit, opening windows that had been painted shut years ago, and closing a stuck-open second story window that was accessible only with a very tall ladder. Professionalism: impeccable. Felix returned emails and calls promptly. He showed up on time for the initial appointment, completed the very reasonable estimate in a few days, and started the job exactly when he said he would. He also came to the job site every day and supervised the work very carefully throughout. This is unique in our experience with contractors. ¬¬¬Impressive. Daniel, Juan and Samy were superlative workers, as were the other guys who helped from time to time. They came to work faithfully on time every day, worked very hard and steadily throughout each day, quietly and professionally. Moreover, their work was of excellent professional quality. As well, they were unfailingly polite, friendly, and respectful of our needs and those of our neighbors. Felix is very lucky to have such excellent helpers, and I am sure that he rewards them with the respect that they deserve.

Felix and his guys are very professional on doing their job as per requests, very trustworthy, and put their skill to the highest standard possible. They are all very polite and get their work done on time and very detailed. We are very happy with the results. Awesome job they did! Paid to get my front, side, and back porch repaired and painted. Said they had extra paint so they painted all three doors which wasn't on the agreement. Looks so nice to have the doors look new with the porches. And they painted the wooden stand that holds up my a/c unite for nothing too. These guys did an amazing job plus more which they didn't have to. Will hire Felix and his team again.
