The fence has rusted entirely too much for being 2 years old. The paint on the fence, offered little to no protection!

They came out right away to provide estimate, they did the job within two weeks, I had two changes during the project and they were understanding and didn t hesitate to make the corrections. I appreciate good customer service and I wasn t disappointed!

I had a wood fence replaced and a sturdier gate added. The fence came out wonderfully and I received several compliments. There was some miscommunication about the type of gate, as I had pointed the metal framed wood gates that my neighbors had, which had actual, key locks. After putting up a regular latch gate, I called them and they were a bit annoyed but came up with a way to add the lock using a metal post. However the gate remained attached to a wood post. Several months later, the gate then began to become difficult to lock (I assume due to the wood gate and wood posts), I called and spoke to someone who was very nice and promptly had someone come tighten up the screws. The gate continues to become difficult to lock over time. When you don't know a lot about these things, best to double check the details.

I needed a permit for existing fence due to Maricopa County revenue scam. Rudy came to give us a consult.He gave us good information. Our fence is fine. Does not need to be replaced. He even called Maricopa County to try to explain that permit was not necessary. They gave him a run around too. He made the fence sketch and site map that they required. He was very understanding.he did not charge us. Customer service consult does not cost anything. He went above and beyond. Thanks.

Terrible, terrible, terrible customer service. Will not use them again because of it.

Diamond Iron did a great job on our new gate. The only issue we had was they were to come out and put up temporary panels and never did.

VERY PROMPT. They were polite and friendly. Scheduling was a bit of a challenge. However, the project was completed within a week.

The communication is very poor with this company, my fence has been up for over a month now and I'm still waiting for them to come back out and fix a few things they agreed to fix. They also haven't been paid yet and just really doesn't seem like they care if they do. Overall i would not recommend this company to anyone. We were told it was going to be a 1 day job and it took a 5 days, and as i said before the communication is terrible. Called them 2 days ago and still no response, very frustrated!!!!

They rushed and used cheap wood. They had to come back twice to fix the warped fence they built.

First impressions of this company were great, Rudy was responsive and quick to provide a quote. Unfortunately, after accepting the proposal he was no longer the lead contact which is where the struggles arose. First, the communication had been that install would be within 2-weeks and that I'd receive a call the Monday after accepting the proposal Friday to let me know the installation date. That call actually came a week later on Friday and provided an install date yet two weeks out for a total of three. I then called Don back to explain the error that afternoon (we lost part of our fence wall due to a storm and with it the gates - timing of install was critical in selecting a contractor as our yard was not secured without them) and never received a return call. I was then contacted the week of the scheduled install - still a week later than proposed mind you - asking for a credit card to process the deposit by yet a third person; at that time I requested information on the installation time and was supposed to get a return call - you'll be shocked to hear I never got that call. Friday rolls around, the much anticipated install date and there is no communication or install occurring. Around 2 p.m. I reach out to Don to confirm the crew is still coming, they are scheduled to and he is going to get back to me with an ETA - he doesn't. The next day he apologizes and relays the crew was delayed and install is now scheduled for the following Tuesday. Of course, Monday at 7 a.m. I'm getting a call that the crew is outside to install - frustrating to say the least. The only positive of the install was the crew who worked incredibly hard to make sure the gates were installed properly and swung correctly. Notably, half of their time was spent reconstructing the gates to swing correctly as to avoid having the latch on the exterior of the property. One other complaint is that the main gate latch was installed too close to the block wall - no fault of the installers just the way it was fabricated. As a result, the latch cannot be locked and I need to instead install another latch that will reach further out onto the gate and allow a lock to fit through. With the number of gate companies in the Valley, I would be hard pressed to ever use or recommend Diamond Iron based on my experience - especially given how competitive pricing is amongst the various companies.

Came in almost 2 weeks ago and I am still waiting for an estimate. I called repeatedly and they keep telling me that they'll have it that day. Still waiting. If this is the service before starting the work I imagine it will only get worse. I am moving on and calling another company.

Rudy came out to give an estimate and discovered that I could adjust the gate and postpone any work that had to be done. Kudos to him.

Loved working with this company. The staff is friendly and professional. Rudy did a great job sizing the project and drawing pictures so there were no misunderstandings. We made some revisions and got new pictures emailed for approval. I had a postal drop built into the fence. Rudy understood what I wanted and they manufactured it exactly as I wanted. There was a small hiccup during the installation but they quickly made it right. I would highly recommend this company. Good price, quality product, great team. Our new fence is absolutely beautiful and we will be calling them again for the next phase.

The crew was hard to get them out to do the project. It took them 3 days to do a 1 day job. The owner was great though and communicated well. That is why it was not a 5 star.
