Swimming Pool Opening & Closing Service
We called this company back in May 21st 2024 for a pool opening and cleaning, and after almost two months (today July 13th, 2024) they have not been able to clean a simple and small size pool. Important to mention that as a right now we have paid them almost $2,000 to get the job done including 7 visits and counting....I would love to recommend these guys since they seem very professional but there execution it has been a nightmare for us. :(

They did nothing they said they were going to do. I still have dirt in my pool. They did nothing but took the net and swiped the leaves out but I was doing that and could have continued to do that myself. I am and then they turned around and said that they could not finish and could not come back until July. I need some help with my pool!

I hired Diamond Pools to close my pool for the summer.. They were prompt in returning my calls and for when the appointment was scheduled for. I noticed with other pool companies they give a specified week on when they will come out and then notify you a day or two before on what day they will be there but not with Diamond Pools, they give you a specific day and will try to accommodate you in if you want it done in the morning or afternoon.. They were able to come when I wanted them to. They were friendly and professional and I will be using them every year.
