I had a major problem with water leaking around the fireplace chimney. This leaking had been going on for at least 20 years. Lots of wood was rotten. Bonifacio diagnosed the problems and repaired them in one day. He took before, during and after pictures to keep me informed. The cost for the job was very fair. He did great work and he is a very nice guy to boot. I would hire him again in a minute.
