Everything that he quoted he would do on replacing my old siding was done beautifully and efficiently. Some extras that needed doing was completed without changing the quote. I am so satisfied with his work, I would encourage anyone that needs some renovation to call them.

Dimitri provided siding replacement that was 30 yr old T111 that was warped due to sun exposure. He recommended hardey board for durability. The pictures I enclosed show tear off to finished install. Dimitri was very conscious about doing a good job and cleaned up after. I recommend using Dimitri if you need any exterior work.

I am very satisfied with the work completed by Diamond Exterior Remodeling. Everything was done the way Dimitri explained the whole job. They did the work in 2 days - Replace, install and clean up.
I did have to delay the project because of unforeseen family emergencies. They understood my situation and they completely worked with me for the completion of our contract. In addition, Dimitri was honest, always returned calls, never did I feel being taken for a ride.
If you need renovation or work for your home This company so far is the best I have dealt with.
Just so you know am a 70 year old woman who had in past upgraded other homes I have owned.

I've had Dmitriy's business card for over a year needing some dry rot taken care of. After much procrastination on MY part I finally called and within 3 days he transformed my home. Not only did he also take care of the dry rot and wrapped the edges, he updated my ancient lighting to a modern look and painted my mailbox!. I hired Dmitriy from Diamond Exteriors to replace the old vinyl siding on the exterior of my rental property. The siding had been torn up by a previous tenants dogs and was an absolute mess. Dmitriy was extremely professional throughout the process. He quoted a fair price and got the work done much faster than I would have expected. The final product looked amazing and gave the house a totally new look.
I will absolutely be hiring Diamond Exteriors again for any future work I have.

Diamond Exteriors did an excellent job replacing the skirt on my mobile home that was damaged by the recent storm. They went out of their way to do a temporary patch on New Years Eve and then the replacement as soon as the rains stopped. They are very professional and hard working with reasonable rates. He did such a good job I hired him for my next project.

I have worked with contractors for over 30 years and Dimitri is one of tge hardest workers I've worked with and he responded to my call, gave estimate and completed the job in one day (work done during Christmas holiday.) I would recommend to anyone looking for excellence in quality and an exceptional work ethic.

We had dry rot on an existing exterior wall and originally thought we?d need to replace the T1-11 and repaint. Dmitriy from Diamond Exterior Renovations took the time to explain a better long-term solution and recommended switching to vinyl siding instead. Since this wall faces the weather side of the house and gets extremely hot in the summer, Dmitriy also suggested adding a layer of foil-backed insulation before installing the new siding. The results have been incredible?the wall stays noticeably cooler, and the overall look and durability are far better than what we originally planned. Dmitriy?s knowledge, honesty, and attention to detail really stood out. We?re extremely satisfied with the work and highly recommend Diamond Exterior Renovations!

First time homeowner here and I was blown away with Diamond Exterior Renovations! The scope of work covered was the same from other competitors, but there were small adds that made me proceed with Diamond Exterior Renovation PLUS a more competitive price! I understand that work is busy and all BUT Dmitriy was very response despite that. I had a window that needed to be replaced because it was leaking, now i have a brand new window and no more leaks! I also had some dry rot facia boards and siding that needed to be replaced, which Diamond Exterior Renovations took care of everything within one price. He was very communicative and honest with new/extra findings outside the scope of work agreed upon. The new/extra findings were also reasonably priced. With the spouts of heavy rain in the past few months, I have had zero issues with any leaks or damages as Dmitriy's craftsmanship are top notch. We had Diamond Exterior Renovations do the siding on our home, and we couldn’t be happier with the result. Our house was previously stucco that had started cracking in several areas and needed repairs and a full repaint. Instead of going that route, Dmitriy suggested a composite cladding system with built-in insulation, and it turned out to be the perfect solution. Not only was it a fraction of the price compared to what other companies quoted us, but now we never have to paint again—and the house looks incredible. The added insulation has also been a huge bonus. We also added trim around the windows and doors and had everything wrapped in aluminum trim coil, which really made them stand out and elevated the overall look of the home. Dmitriy was knowledgeable, honest, and easy to work with, and the quality of the work exceeded our expectations. We absolutely love how our home looks now and would highly recommend Diamond Exterior Renovations to anyone considering siding upgrades.

My wife and I bought a house that ended up having alot of dry rot on the existing T1-11 siding, after some time things got worse, one of the windows started leaking because the trim on top was rotted and started letting in water. We knew we had to do something. After some research and alot of estimates, we ended up hiring Diamond Exterior Renovations. Dmitriy, the owner and who also does the work, gave us a very fair price and made us feel comfortable with proceeding compared to others. After all was set and done, we no longer have any leaks, and couldn't be happier with the installation of the new T1-11 Siding. I was looking for options on siding for my home, because it just looked really outdated and was getting very hot because of poor insulation and the exterior being metal. After getting bids from numerous companies, Dmitriy of Diamond Exterior Renovations gave me what I felt like the best option, he explained everything in detail and showed me samples of what it would look like. All together I wanted to change the soffit skirting that was previously installed, get new siding, close off 2 windows, close off 1 door, and cut in a new window. Not only did They do all of that, but they did it for almost half the price of certain bids. He also suggested to install another layer of insulation underneath the siding to make the interior walls cooler in the heat. I couldn't be happier with the over all outcome & would highly recommend Diamond Exterior Renovations for any siding needs, and window replacement options.
