They were very attentive, answered my questions well and got the job done. No complaints!

Overloaded my deck with 4000lbs of concrete and then told us afterwards that the room below the deck was no longer structurally safe and could collapse. They then did not show for weeks to fix it. The whole thing was estimated to take 4 days and instead it has been 2 months and is still incomplete. They also cemented in our gutters and got cement on our windows. Lastly, it was incredibly difficult to get ahold of anyone and they often did not show up.

Got started next day. Everything went fine, no issues.
