Incomplete work. Made promises but no follow-up.

I had a microwave installed in place of the vent hood that was originally there. When he was finished, it looked crooked. I mentioned this and he tried to fix it but was unable. He did come back tho because his truck leaked something in my driveway. He basically told me my cabinets are crooked and that's why the microwave cannot be straight. I am still disappointed and I hate to complain which is why this review took so long to write. I had to pressure wash my entire driveway too!

My new double wall oven cabinet was a bear to install but Charlie made it happen and I'm truly appreciative.

I was very pleased with Mr. Diamond's performance. Was very professional and arrived on time to complete the project. He was very friendly. Overall he did a teriffic job.

Charlie was punctual and provided a great service and cleaned my gutters quickly and thoroughly. Also, stated if I had any issues, he would come back and take care of it free of charge, which reassured me and will make me a repeat customer in future!

I hired them to fix a problem created by a different contractor. He worked hard to correct the problem and did a good job.

We bought a stove from Lowes, who delivered it but said it wouldn't go through our hall to our kitchen. Samsung said a trained rep could disassemble and get it in. I couldn't find anyone to install and was about to give up and just get the old one repaired, until HomeAdvisor recommended Diamond Services. Charlie was excellent -- a miracle worker! Our stove is now in place in our kitchen and working, and the old one gone.
