Diamond Shine

Shanisha had a great personality did a great job on the cupboard tops and cupboards inside and the counter-tops bathrooms were clean however I had to remind her to do the ceiling fans and after I had already vacuumed all the carpets I had to read vacuum because all the dust from the ceiling fans also had to Reese Weep the kitchen and what down all of the outside of the appliances because they still had stains on the outside towards the bottom and I got charged an extra $30 to clean out of crayons when my walls were going to be painted but didn't get asked about it she told me that she had didn't have her work van which usually has and that's why she didn't have all the stuff and that kind of bothered me which one I thought was kind of unprofessional but other than that it was okay but I would definitely not use her again.

This review is from the 1st cleaning of my home. Hard to evaluate just yet but the plan is to continue weekly. Ladies were very pleasant and seemed eager to do a good job. I was impressed that the owner pursued me after my initial contact with Home Advisors. She called twice and made in house visit to introduce herself and get an idea of what I would need if we proceeded. As we get a routine going and understand expectations, I think all will be good, hopefully excellent! Ask me in 2 months!

I hired Diamond Shine to do a deep cleaning as a Christmas present for my mom. Tanisha was great - she called me back right away and was able to set up an appointment for the job in less than a week. She was super friendly and my mom loved the work they did. Thank you, Tanisha and Diamond Shine!!
