The team at Diamond Shine Cleaning did a outstanding job that exceeded my expectations. They power washed the exterior house surface, two lanais, the pool deck, the sea wall, the driveway and part of the metal roof. They washed all of the windows inside and outside the house. They worked almost non-stop from 9:00 am to about 5:30 pm. The two gentlemen were both professional and friendly. They would not stop until the job was completed to our satisfaction. My only suggestion is that the work could have been completed sooner if a third person had been involved. It was a lot of work for just two workers.

I was clear that I wanted the bathrooms done first, the main living area 2nd, and the bedrooms last (Just to make sure the important things got done first in case they ran out of time). I told the person who bid and booked me on the phone AND I told the cleaning staff When they arrived. They ended up cleaning all the bedrooms and did not do our main family room, the most-used bathroom, and the laundry room. She Said Iâ d have to pay more money to get them done. She could tell I was unhappy, so They did a quick clean of the bathroom before they left, but the main living area and laundry room didnâ t get touched. On her way out she said, next time just tell us what you want done. LOL. I DID! Not sure if itâ s a ploy They use to get you to pay for more time, or she honestly forgot what I Clearly told her. Either way, I was not happy.

Alex and team did an excellent job power washing my roof and my Lanai. Very professional and prompt. He followed up to make sure everything was done properly and that I was happy with the work. I would definitely recommend and hire him again.
