Eric Myers, the owner, gave me an honest estimate for the repair and stuck to it when the repair was completed. His communication skills are top notch and he kept me informed via text messaging of what was happening right up to the day of the repair. And he's always polite. The new pressure regulating valve turned out to be faulty and he quickly went back to the store and obtained a replacement valve. He checked to be sure the air was purged from the entire system before leaving. I could not be happier with his service and would recommend Myers Rooter & Service to anyone.
