They came and fixed the problem immediately

s the temperature outside my house continued to drop last night so did the temp in my house. Woke up to 62 in the house. Called Charlie at Diamond State Heat and Air immediately. Why? Because, this past summer I called another company who charged me an arm and leg in repairs just for it to not work. Charlie came out fixed their mistakes and helped me hold them accountable, thus resulting in them not charging me a dime! and my Air worked great even through December. Royce, one of the crew showed up at 730 this morning and confirmed what I had been dreading, my old heating unit needed to be put down. He went and brought space heaters to help keep me and my pets warm, told me to block off unnecessary rooms. At 11 am he let me know that he was able to find a unit. On a Sunday. In the sleet and snow! It's now 2 pm and he's out there busting his tail before the roads get too bad. I can't express the gratitude I have for these guys. Thank you Diamond State Heat and Air for coming to my rescue again!

I've given 5 star reviews around 7 times. Charlie and Jeff are above and beyond. They worked on our rental trailer that had the wrong unit in it. Red wasps everywhere. Jeff literally crawled under it several times. Yes, I was on site. Try to find that now days. Chris R. Jacksonville AR

I talked to Charlie at Diamond State about getting our 3 HVAC systems at our house on a service plan. He was extremely detail about the service work that would be performed on the initial visit and then the follow-up work that would be done for the next season. The service tech came out and was incredibly thorough in his work of cleaning all the HVAC components, testing all the units and ensuring everything was 100% operational. Charlie communicated well and his team is professional. We are going to engage them on additional rent houses.

Great customer service

Charley was here with in a hour of being called. Was very efficient and was able to repair the air in about a hour. Over the years I have dealt with many AC repairman. I will have to say Diamond State Heat and Air is the best by far.

Jeff the service man was very polite and knowledgeable.

Ac units blow colder than ever. Still waiting on the invoice so cost is unknown at time of this review but quaility of work is an A+!

Charlie contacted me right away. We set up an apt the following day. Mitch was the service person. He listened to our needs, took care of our issues. Offered to come back out & make things right should something go wrong & stop working. We would use them again.

Chose them for being a start up company Like myself and my business so it was a great chose Cheaper than the other quotes and did extra stuff at no charge
