I was notified that the project was done& after just 3 days. After work, I swung by the house to see how the floors turned out. Was appalled to see 4 big garbage bags of dust left in the middle of my front lawn. When I opened my front door looked down, there was a huge section that was discolored and peeling. The hand railing going to the basement was left broken, as well as a window blind. Shelves, vent caps, and other miscellaneous things were all left out of place. The electric stove was left with a layer of dust on it, in which the crew wrote &;Love you & As a young female who was the only one in the house with the crew, this left me extremely disturbed - borderline sexual harassment! The project manager, Greg, failed to do a walkthrough prior to giving me notice that the project was done. If he had, he would have been able to take care of many of the above items before I was aware. He was far from apologetic and instead of providing us with a credit right off the bat for all of the damages, he tried telling us that a section of the floor was rotting and needed to be replaced... for another $950! He was also extremely condescending with statements like Don't you think that area needs sanding & staining too? Speaking to me as if I was an idiot. Once we told him we did not want him to proceed with any replacement of wood, and simply wanted him to fix &; re-do the area by the front door, all of a sudden the crew could only return 2 days later (when he originally told me next day). Reason for the delay was because another customer now had to move in a day early and they had to take care of her project first. At this point, I was beside myself. I refused to be put on the back burner when my project was not completed to my standards. Again, was responded with a statement from Greg saying & The longer I'm on the phone with you, the less time I have to make calls and rearrange the schedule.; ... Rude! The following day, a different crew returned and fixed the area by the front door. Being as though I was at work, I requested a final walkthrough of the project with Greg on Saturday. When I arrived for the walkthrough, I was greeted by another project manager, Mike, who notified me that Greg was unable to make it since he got caught up with something else. Of course he didn't show up... he's a coward and instead of trying to make things right, he didn't want to face or deal with an upset and unsatisfied customer. On the other hand, Mike was very pleasant and addressed each of our concerns and made sure we were satisfied with the final product. After everything, we only walked away with a $300 credit for all of the damages. I would never recommend this company to anyone - not even my worst enemy. Unprofessional, messy, uncommunicative, and creepy. They are lucky I am not filing a sexual harassment lawsuit against them for the note left on my stove!
