Price gouger beware, shop around.

Avoid this company if you can, at least their branch that serves South Carolina. It took 8 days for them to send someone. When I complained about the delay, I was told that I am not the only person needing garage door service and that I had the choice of going online to find another company. Also, I had to wait over 10 minutes on the phone to speak to someone in their office. I was also blamed for not canceling my appointment when my garage door started working again and so the technician came to my house only to tell me that there was nothing he could do. That was not what I was told when I called the company to inform them that the door was working, but that from time to time it does not. I was given the impression that there was still something the technician could do even if the door is working. When I started to the office that I was relying on the advice that the tech could do something, I was told that I know my garage door best. They are the experts and I should have been told that it did not make any sense for the tech to make a service call. I would understand that I am responsible for the cost of the call if I had not made an effort to determine whether the tech should come out or not. Seems it is never their faultz If this is outstanding customer service, I would hate to see poor customer service. I was told that any negative review was not going to lose them any customers. They are in 28 states and my thinking is that they believe that they are too big to experience any outfall from a dissatisfied customer.

I placed a call directly with Ace of Spades Garage Door. I thought there was an issue with the past service that was through a warranty policy purchase. Come to find it was the rental agency that cause the problem. Isa, came out to access found that it was not his error and repaired anyway. Isa, is a honest and trustworthy business person.

He stayed late into the night and came back the next day to finish the job without charging extra. The work was done right, which included fixing items that were not done correctly at the original install. Will definitely use this company again if need arises.

It is a little pricey but you get what you pay for. He went out of his way to ensure the tension was adjusted properly and lubed every thing. He even asked if I wanted the old parts or he would haul them off.

I never was there, I had other people in my house working and I did not see or visit with the gentlemen. But he calls me several times to let me know where he was at or what he was doing. He made some adjustments to the door. I paid him extra to install a touchpad outside the garage door. He communicated-well with me.
