I had a total of 4 companies come in to provide pricing to fix my shower door. The first 3 said I had to install an entirely new show glass in order to fix the door, quoting anywhere from $1000 to $1500. DGI came in and fixed the door in 15 minutes for just the minimal service charge.

Rich and his team did an excellent job with our project. We had an idea of what we wanted done, but Rich helped with ideas and gave us the best product for our space. His team did an excellent job with install and manufacturing and install was done quickly and at a reasonable price.

There were a couple of problems with the supplier of our glass shower doors and trim which delayed the completion of the job but it was not Diamonds Glass' fault. But they should have inspected the parts before accepting them from the supplier.

From the initial consultation with Rose, to the estimate conducted by Rich, finally the install by Rich, I couldn't have been happier with the level of customer service, attention to detail and the quality of the install on our new shower enclosure. Diamonds has earned the top spot in my book for any future projects we start and should be held up as the standard by which ALL companies should conduct their business.
