Diana constraction abandoned remodeling with out completing well over $100000 That was paid for.Beware!!!!!

The work done was decent but not worth the money. Not even after a year the job was completed we started noticing issues in the work like issues with the paint and based board peeling from the wall. We were given a price on a patio but when they began installing the patio the size was quite a bit smaller then we were told. When I addressed it I was told that it would cost us an additional 600 to make it the size we originally agreed upon. We also had them buy decorative stone to place around the patio that was just left and never taken care of. When we contacted the owner almost a year later to see if it was going to be taken care of we never got a response back. We request in itemized contract multiple times and never received one.

The team was wonderful. Peter came out to check on the progress regularly and he is very easy to work with along with his team. They also allowed us to some work in the kitchen at the same time which I couldnâ t find from other companies. This allowed us to save some money while having experts in the house. Very helpful-very easy to work with-and Iâ d recommend them to everyone with a small or big project!

The complete renovation of my bathroom is about 90% complete. The only reason they are not done is due to number of products had to be ordered and are back ordered. Overall Diana Construction is a first rate company and I have been very impressed with their craftsmanship. At every step of the remodeling the company made an effort to make sure the customer was satisfied. Additionally, I was super happy with the number of industry standard steps they took to prevent leaks when installing the shower and the tile. At every step of the remodel they never cut any corners but made sure the finished product was perfect. Most importantly Diana Construction did exactly what they said they would do and did not play any typical contractor games. I am super happy thus far and would have no issues hiring them again for future jobs.

Peter Rivera and his team remodeled my bathroom and did an excellent job. They removed my bathtub and installed a walk-in shower. Tile and flooring were removed and new tile and flooring were installed. The cabinet was removed and Peter made a custom built cabinet to replace it with new knobs. He did all the plumbing and electrical work . In areas where tile was not present his team painted. A new mirror was installed and all new fixtures in the bathroom wew installed At the end of every day they did an excellent job of cleaning up as much as was possible. The end result was perfect and I am so happy with my new bathroom. Jamie H.

We were nervous going in trusting a new Contractor, but Pete and his team were very easy to work with. Our house was built in 1947 and we had no idea what to expect renovating the room. Pete talked us through the full process and kept us up to date as things progressed. The crew came in quickly and performed demo over a holiday weekend to help protect my kids from the dust. Once the project got underway we saw the same crew. They were very friendly and kept us informed about their schedule. They quickly addressed any questions or nits we raised. The final product is stellar. Very happy with our new bathroom.

I am a realtor and my client needed a quick repair prior to closing. Peter and his team took care of it without me even needing to meet them! Will definately be keeping him on speed dial!

We live our kitchen. It has now been about 5 months and we are still in love with our kitchen. Pete and his team were always very nice and their workmanship is wonderful. There were a few timing issues, some due to COVID, but all in all it was a positive experience working. With Diana construction. I would recommend them.

Diana Construction is a great company and I higjly recommend using them for any of your construction needs. We had our basement completely redone after purchasing a home in July. Peter offered a free estimate and was able to begin work shortly after accepting the contract. He and his team completed everything in about 10 weeks. Flawless work takes time and the end results did disappoint. He is very detailed oriented and wanted things to be done right. Would use again for any future work and would recommend.

The work is complete. Pete and his crew did a great job! Very professional, great communication and responsive. We refreshed our basement with paint, flooring, and gave the bathroom a facelift. I am very satisfied. I look forward to working with Pete and his crew for when we tackle the other two floors.

We are currently still under construction, however even during these troubling times with the coronavirus, Pete has be very responsive and sensitive to our needs. Kudos!

They had a different worker every day, so nothing was consistent. Poor workmanship.

For anyone looking for a general contractor who is knowledgeable, trustworthy, pleasant to work with, puts professionalism and integrity first- Peter Rivera is the person to call. I had purchased a home last year which I believed was going to be a simple combining two bedrooms to create a master and master bath but turned into an entire home renovation due to unforeseen code violations/bad plumbing/poor electrical in original structure and back yard that was used as a dump pit. Mr. Rivera made sure I was in great hands. As a young female and first home this could have been an overwhelming process, but Mr. Rivera made sure I was comfortable every step through this process from explaining work that needed to be done, that which could wait to helping with design and planning of layout, functionality and aesthetics. He truly takes pride in his work and his craftmanship and skills from plumbing, electrical, carpentry and design are some of the best I have seen. He and his crew truly love what they do and it shows. I have recommended them to those I work with and friends. Renovations included combining two bedrooms into master, complete master bath and custom wood walk in closet, new plumbing, gut and redo of guest bathroom, new electrical, recessed lighting, several fan installations, hardwood floors, travertine tiled feature wall, two custom wood planked feature walls one with sliding barn door, total kitchen reno with granite and new cabinetry, install large casement window, 2 house doors installs leading to front and back yard, custom wood doors/baseboard and window trim throughout home, two load baring wall redos, large backyard raised stamped concrete patio with outdoor kitchen and sidewalks, landscaping back and front yards requiring bamboo removal and leveling; new shed, attic insulation, speaker system install, solar tubes installation, worked with Dominion Power to have electric hookup to house redone, new electric box, HVAC relocation and new duct system, install of tankless water heater. I can not thank Mr. Rivera and his team enough. The best part was the transformation from someones bad flip job to a one of a kind absolutely gorgeous modern unique home. He caters to your style, can figure out a solution to any problem encountered and works tirelessly to get the job done and on your budget. The craftmanship is incredible and design aspect makes others visiting your home stop in their tracks (honestly had several people from other companies asking if they could tour the home) Have granted permission to Mr. Rivera to share pics if asked. The neighborhood is throwback from 1950 s and although charming, the old rusted mangled metal fence that surrounds entire property made curb value plummet. Diana Construction is a great find--the type of company you think isn't around anymore (and usually isn't). Pete Rivera, the owner, did a major bathroom remodel for me and it came out wonderful, but the best part is how great he was to work with. It was not a simple remodel. Other potential remodelers said they couldn't put a pocket door in but Pete did it. He's trustworthy and has great recommendations, and was onsite either doing the work or dropping by and checking up. His plumbing, electrical, tiling, and glass subcontractors are top notch. He was also a good value.
