Paul and Diana were a delight to work with. Always kept in touch regarding scheduling and materials needed. The project took a little longer than expected due to additional work that was required. The carpentry work/painting was excellent and done with great care and attention to detail. We are very happy with the finished product and we highly recommend them.

Pre Made Cabinets Installation
They were on time everyday. This was important to us. We wish we had received a material list as we had to keep running to the store thru out the project. However, when we realized we had no sheetrock behind the paneling to be removed they handled the problem, (a major problem doubling the budget) with humor and skill. We intend to have them return in a month to gut and remodel our master bedroom and bath.

"Karina and Randy, We take customer service very seriously! I did give you a handwritten list of materials cost and where to get them. When other issues with there being no drywall behind the wood paneling and wanting a new hearth in front of the fireplace I did my best to resolve it by going to 5 different tile stores free of charge and picking up the drywall free of charge. Our customers are very important to us. My apologies if you feel we did not provide excellent customer service. Diana& Paul."

I had a item list, just not fences: caulk clerestory windows, replace/paint rear and front fences with new gates, paint my 2 car garage door, repair old interior ceiling, and replaced a bathroom receptacle. I was pleased with the professional itemized bid and the prices so we started in just a few days. This is a real team that likes what they do and they do it well. Neat, clean and keeps you posted of what they are doing for you. I would highly recommend them for your next project. Thank you, Diana and Paul.

They were extremely professional and did a great job repairing our rusty gutters. It was a complicated job that involved, among other things, replacing a lot of rotted wood underneath the leaky rusty gutter problems. Once it was all fixed they applied a coat of primer and two coats of paint to the soffits and trim around the entire house. Our home's exterior looks great now!

Now with those leaf guards installed on the gutters, you won't have the water backing up because of debris or have to go up on the roof and clean them out! Cabinets Installation
Deserve a 10 score out of 5. They did not view my kitchen installation as a job but were sincerely invested to do it right and please me as a customer. They prepared for the job by visiting in advance, bringing samples, going over details, asking and answering questions and offering very useful suggestions. They had no problem adjusting to the changes I wanted as the installation progressed. There were no doubts as to costs and time frame because a detailed proposal was submitted for review. Four bids were submitted, and they were the most reasonable, but that is not the reason I hired them. I knew I was hiring the owners, not employees. They showed up on time (and even notified me one time when they were only 15 minutes late), worked a long day, were respectful of my home, very neat and left it clean each day. I felt very comfortable to leave my house when they were working. They were very knowledgeable about what they were doing and did not take any shortcuts, even thought it went over their projected time frame. The kitchen was designed and ordered from a local store, and when they opened boxes, it was noted a design mistake was made which resulted in a 4 week delay to finish. They gladly came back to finish the delayed job. I am most pleased with their work ethic and professional knowledge. Diana and Paul are definitely on my speed dial for future jobs.

They were very service-oriented. I was impressed that they were willing to take the time to install a temporary fence to keep my dog contained before I d even committed to hiring them to install a permanent fence! Their prices were quite reasonable, too. I will use them again.

Diana and Paul did an excellent job renovating my kitchen as well as updating my fireplace. Not only are they very skilled, but they are fair, honest and trustworthy. They are very friendly and professional. Always on time, cleaned up at the end of the day and completed the job within the time frame. My kitchen and fireplace are absolutely beautiful and I would highly recommend Diana's Home Remodel and Design to anyone. You will not be disappointed.
