Shawn came exactly 2 hours after my call for help, and on a Saturday! Within 10 minutes he had installed my printer. A faulty cable the next day (Sunday) disabled the printer. Over the phone (Shawn answered my call immediately) he diagnosed the problem, and soon everything was working perfectly. I have the highest praise for him!!

After troubleshooting my computer and software he fixed several problems in 1 hr. No time wasted fixing each issue.
