Mr. Diaz was courteous, however his work was absolutely horrible. My home is empty except the fridge and under reno. It currently has no baseboards at all. He repaired the missing pieces of my parquet floor with what I had on hand. He then sanded all floors, parquet and slat. He did not sand around the edges of the floor where it meets the walls or in crevices. He stained the floors with the color of my choosing, but failed to inform me of how the stain would look on what he called **water damaged areas** he then clear-coated the floors. Upon first inspection I was shocked. My parquet floors looked splotchy with uneven discoloration. When everything was dry and I was able to walk thru my home(the day after mr. diaz left) I saw where he did not sand all the way to the wall in most areas. He didnâ t even stain or clear coat all the way to the walls either. The parquet is splotchy everywhere. There are shoe prints in a few places and most of the floor is textured, not a smooth finish as a glossed floor should be. There are also spots that got missed when clear coating. In random places in the middle of the floor. The evening mr diaz was done, I told him i was extremely unhappy. I almost cried. I have been renovating my home for almost 2 years, putting hard work in with my own 2 hands. I cant wait to show my family the completed work but now they get to see all of my hard work sitting on top of ugly floors. My stepmom asked him *if this was your house, would you be happy?* He said **no, but I tried my best** He had said the only fix was to replace the wood floors where it was splotchy. I asked if resanding and just clear coating would make it any better and he said no. I did not give him full payment and feel like an idiot for paying him at all. Especially when I saw that he moved the fridge to sand the floor but didnâ t move it to stain/clear coat. He just stained around it.

"I ubaldo diaz #956 422 5209 would like to add a few words concerning the above person. Angie leads called me that I had a lead. I answered withing minutes and had a conversation with the same person above. We spoke for a few minutes because she said she was at work. So we started messages instead. We came to an understanding for the floor job that she had. And came to a conclusion for the job for me to do the job. I travel 256 miles to do the job. I seen there was some damaged floor pieces. And ask for replacement for the damage floor areas and was told for me to remove pieces from under the cabinets. They where nailed I had to do extra work. I did my best to do the job. At one point I came to an area that was damage from water being on that area. Water was dripping and would dry on its own. I told the owner and I was told to do my best. I finish and she used all her mistakes on me and not pay for my job. And I spend money from my company to buy material and she never reimburse me for that I lost money. She never had intentions to pay my company for my service . Why I am saying that because she told me I was doing a great job. Once I was getting closer to finish and I told her I should be done tomorrow she never came until the following day at 9:30 pm I had to travel. Back home 256 miles back. She only gave me 930 dolls for this job. Which was for over 3500 dlls."
