Bottom line: while the roof itself has been relatively solid, the overall experience was disappointing (tar drip stains left on part of siding, goosenecks never painted though I was told they would be, etc).
Response from Company:
It?s truly unreasonable to leave us feedback when your Mother bounced both checks lid to us and never reimbursed us for the fees. Your roof was completed in a professional manner but you keep asking for more. The little tar on the side too metal flashing was cleaned up and normal when roofing. I hope at least your mother is happy after the many leaks and patches she had GM before you met us. You didn?t mentioned that we didn?t charge you for all the additional carpentry your mothers roof needed and all the additional work you requested. One day you will be grateful hopefully and not try to harm an honest reputable contractor. I know, W

Exceeded my expectation. Mr. Tony Diaz is a man of his word. Very professional, reliable, works in a very timely manner and extremely easy to get in contact with. Will definitely recommend them to anyone. Our roof came out awesome.

Our experience with Diaz Group Construction was great! Tony came out and was able to determine exactly what we needed as far as our roof repair especially the flat roof covering our patio. The gentlemen that did the work were very professional and our patio came out like new. Everything was cleaned up after the work was done. I would definitely call this company again as they were trustworthy and did great work! Tony even took before and after pictures that allowed us to see what was done.

Diaz Group Construction is DEFINITELY a company you can trust! They provided amazing service, especially Tony Diaz. He was easy to communicate with and honest. He was also trustworthy, professional, and prompt. They made our complete renovation go as smooth as possible. We did everything to our house. We tiled our whole house. We remodeled our kitchen with new appliances, cabinets, and countertops. We also had the electrical and plumbing done. We remodeled our 3 bathrooms. We had impact windows and doors installed as well. Diaz Group finished our house outside with a new roof and made it look really nice with the new landscaping! The work was completed within the projected time. Tony took care of everything. We felt we were in great hands! His extensive knowledge in all areas was the main component to the success of our project. Diaz Group provided great attention to detail and were very clean. We are extremely satisfied and super happy with our new home! There is no doubt we would hire them again. It was truly a blessing to us!
