A very responsive and knowledgeable company. I worked with Miguel and he came over and gave a very reasonable estimate. His team came in and plastic'd over everything (and I mean *everything*) so that no dust ended up on our pictures, kitchen, or anywhere else for that matter. The end result was better than I had expected - 20 years of life, dogs, beach sand, etc had brought many areas of the floor down to bare wood and very dulled finish (where any finish was left) - the brought it back to its former glory. Great work and I will definitely call them again if needed.

Miguel is very friendly and knowledgeable. His team is hard-working and diligent. The floors took a while to dry but they were patient. Just be ready for some heavy duty smellsâ - especially with oil-based finishing. The end result is some very nice looking floors!

Great work, but a little expensive.

Miguel was a great communicator, and advised me the best way to refinish my old oak flooring. He really knows a lot about refinishing old flooring. I am very happy with the results.

Working with Miguel was a valuable experience. He came and looked at our floors and gave us recommendations whether we were going to use him or not. He taught us a lot about the entire process. He is super knowledgeable with over 24 years of experience. He absolutely stuck to his word when he said all parts of our home would be sealed off so that no dust would enter the rooms we still had to live in. The guys, Bruno and Alex were so careful to cover our artwork  which Miguel said would be fine to leave on the wall. We totally recommend this company for refinishing floors. Oh, we had a bit of termite damage and they expertly replaced the boards and we couldn t be happier. Awesome  work!!!

The guys did a great job on our hardwood floors that were in bad shape. They look like new! I was impressed that I got a quote when the owner came out to measure-didn t have to wait days for quote or for them to start. Very satisfied!

I am very happy with my floor! I had old, pet stained and scratched hardwood in the living room, one bedroom and particialy down the hallway. There was a very bad spot in the hallway that my cat had soiled which need to be replaced and the rest of the hall needed new wood. It all matches and looks amazing. The refinishing of the two rooms looks amazing. I also got pre-finished hardwood in the kitchen and the other two bedroom. As I write this I am looking at it and am just so happy. Another thing the crew was extremely nice and easy to work with. Alex was very helpful and worked with me as I had to play musical rooms while they worked. I would definitely recommend Diaz floors to others.

Diaz floors were amazing to work with, quality craftsmanship, finished in less time than estimated. We absolutely couldnâ t be be happier with the refinishing and repair of areas soiled by pets in the past. Our 20+ years old hardwoods look brand new!
