Diaz painting did amazing work. From when I first contacted them till the job was done they communicated with me very well. They were here on time daily and completed the job quickly. My house looks new thanks to them!

We selected Diaz Painting as the contractor to paint our front metal gate which is the entrance to the condominium building. Roman did an outstanding job. He was competitive in his bid. Quality of work was outstanding and he was extremely responsive during the process.

My husband and I had our Interior & Exterior done by Diaz Painting before we moved in to our house. The Diaz crew over exceeded our expectations. We had no idea how much work was needed before painting, they definitely do not cut corners. From the moment they gave me an estimate we knew they were trust worthy, they were honest about everything and they were always communicating with us throughout the entire process. We were indecisive on what colors to choose and the Diaz crew helped us narrow it down and come to a conclusion, the colors came out looking phenomenal! They were very respectful of our home and definitely left our home better than before they came. We had used plenty of painting companies in the past but none of them are comparable to the amount of quality Diaz Painting puts into theyâ re work. We are grateful to have found Diaz Painting and we will forever recommend Diaz Painting and use them again in the near future. We have learned the hard way, quality work isnâ t cheap and cheap work isnâ t quality. I just want to share how much of a pleasure it was to work with Diaz Painting! I am a raving fan! Quality of workmanship is very important to me as I own a home that was built in 1932. We have wood siding, wood windows and stucco on the exterior of our house. Rene and his team put the effort in to the prep work that I would expect and the end result was magnificent. They pressure washed, sanded peeling paint, repaired stucco, caulked and primed prior to painting. Once they started painting, they did two coats of paint! I even had a contractor that was doing work on the house across the street comment on the quality of work that they were doing! At the end of the day, I feel that I got value from every penny that I spent with them. I look forward to working with them again on the inside of the house and as things need continued maintenance. I have also had a number of neighbors comment and request their number which I have "0" hesitation referring them business!

We decided to hire Diaz Painting after meeting with Rene for the estimate. He was prompt and courteous, and took the time to thoroughly review the job and discuss the details. I also liked that his definition of â two coats of paintâ matched mine, in that he paints once and lets it dry before painting again, unlike my previous painter. I also liked that Rene works the job with his crew, which gave me confidence the job would be done correctly. Diaz Painting was prompt, courteous, and friendly. They went around the house and prepped the job by hand, repairing problem areas to ensure a good paint job. My previous painter's crew just pressure washed the eaves and started painting. After painting my house eaves with two coats of paint, they went back around the entire house and meticulously touched up the job by hand, and thoroughly cleaned up before leaving. The job was completed on time and for the agreed cost. They even painted some trim on the house we hadnâ t discussed at no additional cost. Diaz Painting is a great company and I highly recommend them.
