Diaz Painting & Renovation

This was our second time using Diaz for our painting and home renovations. Once again he and his team did an amazing job. For this job, we had Diaz paint our hallway and master, redo our stairs and stair railing, re-finish and stain the hardwood floors, remove old baseboard heaters, and do a complete renovation of our upstairs bathroom (new paint, new floors, new vanity, new toilet, new lighting, new exhaust fan, etc.). He also helped haul out old furniture, removed an old (non-functional) oil gas tank from the basement, and replaced a broken storm door. One of the great things about working with Diaz is that the answer is always yes. His team is more than just painters - he has skilled craftsmen, workers with expertise in plumbing and electric, and everything else. There is no need to deal with anyone else. If you need something done in (or around) your house Diaz either can do it or has a guy. After contacting Diaz, he came right out for a free estimate. He listened carefully to what we wanted but also made a number of important suggestions to improve the results. Each day his team was hard at work - they were trustworthy and courteous, and cleaned up perfectly each day. Diaz goes the extra mile to make things convenient - including hauling away trash/junk, recommending a local showroom, and picking up materials that we had ordered for the job. As with any major project, there were a few bumps in the road. But Diaz worked through the curveballs with good communication. They finished on-time and on budget, and the results were perfect. If youâ re looking for versatility, reliability, attention to detail, and overall excellence, then Diaz is your man .

Diaz and his crew recently completed a job for our home. It started off with a basement renovation. They installed several sections of missing drywall and reinstalled a set of windows (that were installed incorrectly by a previous contractor). Then they painted our basement, installed new recessed ceiling lighting, placed new moldings and installed flooring with vinyl plank After the basement was completed they completely redid our kitchen and main living area They installed new cabinets and countertops. They redid all of our upstairs lighting. They removed old nonfunctional heaters and redid the floor moldings. They installed a new tile backsplash for our kitchen. Finally they painted and installed new flooring. I canâ t say enough great things about this contractor. I found that he and his work crew are extremely proficient and did excellent work. They had incredible attention to detail. The painting, flooring, lighting, and every single thing was absolutely completed to perfection. The team cleaned up thoroughly every single day, and took great pains to minimize the impact of their work on the rest of the house (by placing tarps, drapes, and plastic doorway partitions). I was very happy that a single contractor was able to do all these various different things and still do them so well. Diaz did have specific companies that he worked with to make the cabinets and countertop but we were very happy with the options that he provided. He even helped us set up a visit in person to look at countertops before we made a final decision. Diaz was honest and upfront, and was extremely reliable. He made multiple suggestions throughout the process to improve the renovation and the function of our home, and I really trusted his input. Diaz is highly skilled as a designer as well as a contractor. Diaz stuck to his estimate. As expected with a project like this, extra things did come up along the way that lead to additional cost. But Diaz was upfront with those additional costs, and they all seemed extremely reasonable. If there was any negative it was that Diaz and his crew were always extremely busy. As a result, communication sometimes took a while, and the renovations took a little time (since they were clearly juggling multiple projects at once). However, I do feel that overall Diaz his crew did the job in a timely manner Most importantly, we were extremely happy with the end result. We feel like weâ re living in a new house and cannot recommend Diaz highly enough. If youâ re looking for a crew that has great attention to detail, a high level of versatility across various contract jobs, and that is extremely trustworthy and reliable, then Diaz and your crew is the right choice. We will definitely use them again the next time something needs to be done at our home.

Diaz team did great work during a home renovation (paint, drywall, kitchen, carpet) and outdoor deck. Highly responsive and reasonable costs.

I wouldnâ t use anyone else. They also revocated my garage, painted my house, put in drainage for my home, new bathroom and née sunroom. Best contractor I ever had.

Our kitchen renovation had been delayed due to the pandemic. When we were ready to begin the process our contractor had retired. A friend recommended Diaz Painting and Renovation, who had done some carpentry and painting work for her. We met with Mr. Diaz and then began the process of designing and renovating our kitchen. He was very patient while we worked out the details. We love our new kitchen and what a difference the changes made to our kitchen. We also removed our old deck and replaced with a flagstone patio and it is beautiful and we are looking forward to using it. We would recommend Mr. Diaz and his crew.

Diaz did many different projects. Built a deck,, painted interior and exterior, installed a new ceiling and French doors for our sunroom, re-finished all our hardwood floors for 4 bedrooms a hallway and a flight of stairs. They did more and all the work was on tine and on the estimate. I have referred friends and they were very happy with the work and service.

My roof trim is in need of replacement to keep in HOA compliance. Diaz showed up with a free estimate and a more reasonable price than two other contractors who gave me a quote for the job. The work is on a three story townhouse, which is a high risk job and weather is a major matter for safety reason. There was a lot of delay due to weather and scheduling. Diaz was able to handle rescheduling via text and his guys were able to get the job done.

Diaz Painting and Renovation did an excellent job for me. They power washed the exterior, caulked the windows and painted the foundation and the stairwell to the basement. This included the front door. Diaz also installed my new cooktop and hood , ceiling light in the kitchen and also a new shower stall sliding door. All around excellent work.

I have used Diaz a few times and each time has been a positive experience. Friends have also used them and all have a had a positive experience. He is a smart person with a mind for detail and problem solving. I very much trust what he says. Plus he is easy to work with and is a nice person.

Diaz painting is the best company I have used in a long time. Yosuary came out, gave me an estimate, and started work the next week. His crew is punctual, friendly, and very willing to give helpful advice on the best ways to improve my home. They not only did my painting, but he flooring as well. His crew spent the extra time to fix issues with the drywall so that the room would look better after the painting. The money spent was well worth it because now we have a basement that we can be proud of. I highly recommend this company for all your remodeling needs.

We had Diaz Painting and Renovation do some exterior carpentry work as well as exterior wood cleaning/painting. They did a fine job. They also painted the entire interior of the house when we moved out, including various drywall repairs. The work is good quality and the pricing is reasonable.

Diaz stained my deck and painted my house. Did great work. Communicated well. Did a little touch up upon request at the end. Very good experience.

I have worked with Mr. Diaz and his group before. They did an excellent job in painting the exterior of our house, and same with the repair and painting of our shed.
