Billy was AHmazing. He was able to come out the same day (my home warranty couldn't get anyone out for a WEEK! I live in freaking Texas. No bueno). Billy was prompt, professional and explained things so me, a non AC repair/install person, could understand. He was great to work with. Excellent in keeping in the know each step of the process. He was honest (even if that meant possibly losing my business to a lower bid). All in all I'm very happy to have been given his contact info and will reccomend his business to EVERYONE I know looking for AC / Heating services.
