Mr. DÃaz is honest and went above and beyond to be sure my son and I were not left in this artic freeze! Very reliable, with the winter storm Mr. DÃaz still came out to make a service call unlike the others who to today have not reached out! Mr. DÃaz also helped my brother with his heater doing this winter storm! I highly recommend Mr. DÃaz! He has a loyal customer for life! I will always call on Mr. DÃaz for heating and A/C services!

Mike responded quickly, help explain and explore my options with pros and cons for replacement and repair of three HVAC systems on house. Quote was detailed and clear, and ending cost was as quoted. Replaced three units in one day, crew was well supervised and very courtesy. Wiring and plumbing routing all looked better than the original placement on both inside and outside units. Ductwork had to be rerouted it looked great. All areas were cleaned up.. Highly Recommend Mike Diaz and his team!! Great Service!

Mr. Diaz came by quickly to diagnose the problem, said he needed to get a part to replace and never returned. This was after we had given him a credit card number and had to cancel the card to ensure we did not receive any charges. He called to apologize two weeks later, long after the repair had been made.

"I never charged this customer for any costs I inccured coming out to his address(s/c, freon). I filled his system with freon to get him temporarily cooling . I could not get parts I needed that Saturday afternoon (parts houses closed). During the week I left a msg on his phone to call me to arrange a time to return with the parts I needed. He did not call me back. I did not take his credit card info. I only charge when I complete the job. He got a free repair"

I was caught in the difficult position of having an inspection report state that something needs to be fixed and when the professional arrives he says there is nothing to do but I still had to pay the service fee.

"I charged the homeowner a minimum service fee to address his inspection report. I could have easily have done something unscruplous like selling him parts or equipment he did not need. I gave him an honest assessment of his a/c system and for that I deserve a small fee. I do not run a free business. If I gave it away I would not be in business long."
