Dibble Moving & Storage, Inc.

Good

The movers had no regard for home interior like walls, they spilled sticky Gatorade all over and left it and just walked through it, as the day went on their mood deteriorated, they swore in front of my children and they didn't move everything! We were suppose to have a final walk through, that wasn't done and they left the door off the hinge. I went with them because they were the best price estimate but the estimate was off by 2 hours which brought us to the same price as the other companies who probably would have done a better job

Very professional, courteous and polite, careful, and efficient. Took great care when moving baby grand piano as well as large cabinets from upstairs to the garage. I couldn't have asked for better service.

knowledgeable, couteous,on time, fast, careful with my furniture and extremely personable

Best price I got. Very reliable and professional.

Great company from start of discusions of the move, to the final delivery of our household belongings out of state. All the people were polite, and very hard working. The only surprise we had was when loading the truck here in IL, in lieu of 3 men to load the truck, which is what I was told, six men showed up. Yes, the loading went much quicker than expected, but my moving expense was increased due to tipping everyone. They worked so very hard, I wanted to tip them well, but it did add to the overall expense of the move, which I was not expecting. So, strong recommendation to use Dibble

Very helpful and courteous crew! I actually hired them twice within one month.

The price they quoted me was less than what I was charged.

One mover reeked of alcohol and they argued constantly between themselves about what should be loaded/unloaded in what order. Still unpacking but have found several broken items in boxes clearly marked fragile and handle with care

the movers arrived on time and within a few minutes bill, willie and mark began working. the move was to take 6 hrs but they finished in 4.5 hrs saving me money. I would hire them again and tell anyone moving to call them. great company and great guys.

These guys were great. Everything wrapped and reassembled. It was a long 12 hour day and they never let up. When it was determined that my iron headboard would not fit down the stairs, they went the extra mile to see it got out that day. Respectful and kind, even under duress.

Their home office people were friendly and professional. They gave me a proper quote. They worked with me to schedule a time that was convenient for both me and the fellow who was selling the piano. They called me to confirm the move and later I was able to contact them to change my contact phone number. Three movers came out who were experience with moving pianos. They were smart about disassembling this baby grand and had a proper carrying board for carrying it. The movers were friendly and polite and showed plenty of care.

furniture damaged in move

The guys were great. Quote was right on the money and they didn't nickle and dime me on wrapping mattresses, etc. Highly recommend. Thankis

professional, excellent communication, owner came out to check piano, more than reasonably price, great crew!

Very good team that help us move, they had great knowledge of what they were doing, nothing was damage, team was very friendly and yes I would you recommend Dibble Moving & Storage, Inc. to a friend or colleague, and will used them again, Our total experience was great

Dibble Moving worked out very well. They were very easy to work with

The move was done quickly and efficiently. I was given some ideas on what to use to move the piano in the future when cleaning. Worth every penny!

No complants would hire again.

This move was made worry free. Would and am highly recommending this company for all of your moving needs.

They were great. We had to postpone the project by a day and they were very accomodating.

These guys came right on time as we agreed. They were quick with the in house move and I would defiantly use them again and recommend them to my friends and family

Both the customer service and the movers were very friendly and thoughtful.

Polite, professional, took extra care of family heirloom china cabinet when I told them it was fragile

Good group, but they did take longer than was planned because the helpers were tired. This ended up costing us more than the estimate.
